A1 Stretch Limos

Hired a vehicle for a surprise birthday. From the first point of contact with the girls in the office to the day of the actual booking nothing was too much trouble and they were all extremely helpful and accommodating. The vehicle was amazing and the driver excellent too, he arrived on time and was very polite safe smooth journey and the whole experience made it a birthday to remember. Would highly recommend this company

Avoid at all costs. Ruined wedding day completely and failed to communicate and offer any compensation.Did not turn up and left to last minute to even inform us that they would not appear.Do not hire for any price.

So happy with the service we received. From the excellent staff booking the limo to the lovely gentleman arriving on the day of my daughters 21 st. Nothing was too much trouble. We were concerned that if my daughter and her friends were not allowed into the first London club that the driver would need to wait and take them onto a second venue. This was not a problem and the driver completely put my mind at rest that the girls would be looked after. He even took them to a mc Donald's drive thru at 3 in the morning on their way home!! I would highly recommend this company.

This is the second time we have used the company and they have been amazing both time. We hired 2 Hummer Limos and 1 Rolls Royce. The drivers were on time and very nice.We didn't chose our routes but we were able to get to our destination fairly quickly despite there being a match on. The service with the company was exceptional and the prices were decent. The cars were clean and they also added a extra touch to go with the wedding vibe by putting on red ribbons to the cars. I am very glad we chose A1 Stretch and don't have any regrets

I used A1 for my hen night and also my wedding. I can honestly say they made both my big days very special. The cars were amazing and the service by both drivers. From booking and dealing with Tracey and Mandy it was all very smooth running. Even viewed the cars which was great. Would defiantly recommend to friends and family. Top class.

Had a fantastic experience with A1 Limos this week.Ron our driver was polite, professional and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.A great experience all round.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!I booked a limo and paid upfront but had to cancel. I gave over a months notice in writing but was refused a refund, even though their own T&C's stated that I would only loose the £50 deposit and was told that I could only transfer my booking to another date, how often do you need a 16 seat hummer for a few hours?!I went on to check companies house and would suggest anyone thinking of using this company (or companies with a similar name / trading address) to do the same... I lost £450!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Booked a limo for a hen do, initial service was good. Limo turned up an hour early which wasn't a problem he waited down the road. When we were ready we went to get into limo to notice that all the seats were ripped. I asked him what happened and he told me a stag do the day before had ripped all the seats. I'm not sure why he didn't tell me this when he arrived. At that point we had to put our bags over the rips to try and hide them from the hen. It had been a surprise and was really embarrassing that the limo was in that condition. When we got inside the cleanliness wasn't great either. Smelt musty, glasses were cloudy so didn't seem clean. We put a brave face on it and then made a complaint a few days later. Woman was rude on the phone, tried to make out like they did me a favour turning up and not cancelling. Tried to explain the right thing to do would have been to pre-warn me and offer me compensation. She begrudgingly said she would speak to the directors. Two weeks later no reply, I chased them and they offered £100 off my next limo. I'm not sure how often most people hire limos but that was only the second one I've used in 20 years, so an absolutely useless gesture. Which I'm sure they were aware of.

Very bad service, don't trust the nice salesperson who speaks to you before you pay. I got a call 2 hours prior to arrival to say the car I ordered wasn't available and when I complained about the alternative offered I was threatened to have the job canceled altogether.In the end the car I ordered arrived but there was an awful smell and no way of connecting a phone to the sound system, so we were left with Capital radio with adverts and all. Needless to say the birthday girl was very disappointed. Very bad experience unfortunately.

We booked a black hummer months ago for a school leavers treat.I had a call the day before it was due offering me a pink hummer as the black hummer had safety issues. I said no because I had made it clear when I booked that it was for boys.I was then told ok that the safety issue on the black hummer was just the air con and it would be fixed by the next day.The following morning I get a call from the lady in sales telling me that the black hummer had been driven to the petrol station and had broken down with a broken gear box.I was clearly not happy as the conversation the day before made it quite clear that the hummer didn't really break down that morning.We were told we could have 2 white 8 seater limos instead but I explained that the idea was to have all 16 boys in one car. She basically said it's two limos or she could cancel the booking.I have since emailed 3 times to ask for compensation after the boys saw the girls black hummer ( from a different company and £200 cheaper!) and were gutted that they had not great condition/old/tired limos.The company is ignoring my emails!Do not use this company who is more expensive, don't deliver what you pay for, threaten to cancel your booking and ignore your complaints.
