We just went for drinks, but got some nibbles as well. The food here looks delicious. Very lively and nice family atmosphere. Excellent food prices and fresh food

The Haddon Hall
Just had lunch with my family for my Mother’s 82nd Birthday. The staff were wonderful, the young lady serving was very attentive and she even put a candle on her dessert. Then a young child bought my mum a J20 which was so kind. The drinks and food were excellent and the prices very reasonable. So thank you for making my mums birthday so special x

Had a really good time here. The staff are amazing and food was served hot and so nice. Desserts are absolutely amazing apple and blackberry pie to die for. I'm new to the area and will be using this place alot more. Thank you so much for looking after me and my guest. Also the young waitress was just a doll xx

I visited The Haddon Hall on 13/7/23 with my son who has Autism and very serious food allergies. I did book online to pre warn.The staff were amazing.Very friendly and they went through all my son's allergies , so far as to ring me in the morning to discuss his allergies and assure me that they would do their best to ensure his food would be prepared separate to reduce risk of cross contamination.They even gave him a new unopened bottle of Ketchup to put his mind at ease.Honestly , they couldn't do enough for him.The food was lovely , very fresh and tasty.We really enjoyed our visit.We are not local to the area , but if we are in the area again , we will pop in.10/10

As we didn't know the area we chose this place as it seemed convenient and very reasonably priced. The man serving at the bar was very good and friendly and could handle how busy it was getting. The place is very dated and could do with a refurb but the food was nice.Unfortunately one of the waiting staff had the loudest mouth and was talking to a group at another table and it just became ridiculous, he was very unprofessional and my other half wanted to leave but as the table were leaving I convinced him to stay for dessert. The waitress was nice but when she dropped a fork with her hands full she kicked it all the way to the kitchen rather than coming back and picking it up.If you want a nice meal and don't mind this kind of environment then I would recommend but this isn't the place I would return to.

Unfortunately it wasn’t the best of experiencesWhen we arrived the bar staff was in the back on her mobile phone. We were seated, and when we went back to the bar to order our food the bar staff was serving someone else and walked off into the back again without looking to see if anyone else was there to be served and went straight onto her mobile phone taking selfies we had to call her out to serve usThe food wasn’t the best we had 2, sizzling meals neither came out sizzling the veg with the lemon chicken was under cooked a was so chewy they were inedible the chicken was dry, the steak meal again the onions and mushrooms were uncooked couldn’t eat them. The steak to be fair was good but the rest was not good at allWe were not asked how our meals were no one approached us at all, so we left without anyone coming to usThis was our 1st time at this place and unfortunately it was not a very good experienceTo improve we would have liked our to be sizzling as it should have been and the vegetables cookedAll we ourselves are very passionate about staff on mobile phones personal we believe they should be left in their bags or locker and used only on breaks not during work hours it looks very unprofessional for the business and not nice every time they stop serving they put their hands in their pockets and check their phone or go off to go on itSo many hours of work are lost whilst staff are busy on their phones
