I will try to give as fair a review as possible. Pre the move, the team were helpful and answered all my questions. During the move, whilst turning up a bit late, my items were moved quickly and efficiently. The team were great at moving all my furniture and had all the correct tools to help. My only issue was that they did not undertake what I was later informed was a standard tech testing procedure. This meant that when my I later realised computer monitor broken, there was no way to prove it was the move that caused this. I felt a little cheated by this as I didn't know there was a tech testing process to follow and no one asked me to do this. Its a shame this tarnished an otherwise great experience.
