Terrible service and lazy whilst being liars

spoke to a very nice lady this morning she was very helpful sorted my query out and put my mind at rest.

Lazy, not willing to work, and don't seem interested in anything you have to say very arrogant.

Was shown a property this morning house was a mess needed a lot of work doing was told I could think about it and would receive a call this afternoon to discuss whether I wanted to accept or declined. Phoned them to say I wanted to accept and was told they had already offered it to someone else in the space of 3 hours! Not once did I decline the property I now have no other choice but to start bidding again. The staff I spoke to was nothing but rude and bad attitude!

All other counci office area's have a telephone number except swarcliffe, WHY wife passed away and cannot get in touch with anybody, what garbage!!!!!!!.
