Rachael's Dog Grooming Rowley Regis

Took my fur baby (cavachon) for the first time to Rachael. He was looked after and made comfortable throughout the wash, blow-dry and cut. I must say he is a very smart looking boy after!Thank you Rachael a great job!

Rachael is an amazing dog groomer,she fit our two pugs in really quickly. Squiggle loves the groomers and enjoyed every moment. It was Peppas first visit to the groomers and Rachael was brilliant with her. Peppa has allergies to everything, once we told Rachael that Peppa had allergies she was all set for her with the sensitive shampoo. Both girls absolutely loved their groom and are booked in for their next session.Thank you Rachael you are an amazing lady and the girls are looking forward to coming again.

Took Freddie my 2 year old cavapoo for a long overdue groom has had been let down by a previous groomer who decided she wasn’t taking anymore appointments. Came across Rachel on the internet and after reading her profile made contact. Was able to fit me in 4 days later at the weekend. Has a good set up, salon cool in this extreme heat and was greeted by Rachel and Carol, listened to what I wanted for Freddie. Described Freddie hair type which was exactly the same as my breeder had said. Collected an hour and half later and was very happy with his groom. Although he was a little anxious in a strange place he took to Rachel and Carol and was happy and relaxed to see me when I picked him up. Overall I was very happy with his groom, good value for money, listened to what I wanted but at the same time was able to advice appropriately so I did not have unrealistic expectations. He looks and smells gorgeous and I will be booking him in for another groom in 6 weeks. Highly recommend.

First ever time using a dog groomers. An amazing experience, Rachel gave me and my boy a warm welcome, and let me stay to see exactly what she does, she was so good with my boy, she gave him a full wash, dry, brush, nail trim, paw trim, and cleaned he's ears, can tell she is very passionate about her work. Very friendly lady who's running a superb business, 5 stars all day long could not fault anything, definitely recommend to anyone looking for grooming services you will not be disappointed

Very happy dog!Highly recommended Rachel's Groomers, they really take care of the dogs, good hair cut and reasonable price. They invited me in so my dog felt more comfortable, no whimpering when I left. When I collected him he was happy and Rachael took the time to talk about my dog and answered some questions, great service ladies!

Had our labradoodle groomed today and are very pleased with the results. We were abit anxious as this was our dogs first proper groom. We were put at ease and Rachael was very friendly and knowledgeable. Both lady's were excellent and are real dog lovers. Glad we found them and will be our regular groomers from now on. 100% recommend.

Rachel is a wonderful person who has a vast amount of experience with dog grooming. She has a small place which works for her. I have no problem with my dog. She even asks if you would like to change anything. She is promt with booking you in and always follows up to check if you are able to make the appointment. You will need to give her at least a weeks notice, but where she can fit you in, she'll do her up most best.She is excellent, and I would recommend her to dog owners.Again, brilliant service.

First time using Rachael a few weeks ago and could not be happier. Lovely friendly lady! Even got us booked in on the bank holiday! Stitch came back looking very handsome, happy and smelling lovely! Will definitely be returning!
