Got there and on there price board said £23 inside out for large car then man said no it will be £35 as you have grass in car and car is very dirty inside pics to show inside

Paid for gold, no wax finish, no free air freshener and no dash shine all as advertised. Surly cleaner slammed missus door when she rightly questioned a small fiesta being charged as medium car and telling her an xtra charge of 5 quid to hoover as she didn't have car mats. Definitely will never use again

It was very expensive for the service i got. £35 and they didn't even put any dressing on the tires. The dash was still a little dusty too.

Extortionate price!! I have a small SUV and they want to charge £30. Couldn’t believe it as I’ve been to hand wash car places before and most I’ve ever been charged is £18 and that was 2weeks ago

My £18 car wash went up to £25. Unfortunately, the quality of the car wash certainly didn't go up. Still needed vacuuming when I got home. If I'm going to have to re do the insides then I may as well just opt to get outside done in the future and take it to those fantastic guys in Deal. The car wash service near Deal library is first class.

I arrived to see a 4x4 gold service was written up as £25 after looking over my car which is four weeks brand-new out of the showroom they said it will cost £38 I said why they said because there is hair in the car. Total rip-off people I drove off. Guess they thought as it was a brand-new car I had a bit of money and they could take advantage don’t bother going there not very decent people

Went today , asked for a gold wash £25 on the board and what I usually pay. Staff member looked in car, which was clean , car rarely used and no passengers, he said 30 I said pardon he said 30, I then left! Needless to say a customer of many years they have now lost!Called in car cleaners at Tesco Whitfield, no quibbling, price 25 as on the board, excellent job done staff friendly. I will return.

Ok clean. But prices jumped up from £12 (reasonable) to £16. When questioned they said prices had gone up but also (my same) car was now deemed as extra-large. Just priced themselves out of my ability to ever use again.

I should have looked at the review before I went. Small car, advertised for £25 for a full clean in and out and all the trimmings, but upon inspection they said £40 - my car had dog hair and is dirty, no problem, I asked if it would include a thorough clean and he assured me it would. After getting it back there are still cobwebs on windscreen wipers, run my finger alone the inside of the door and it's filthy, have to wipe the inside windscreen to get rid of something sprayed on. When I took this up politely pointing out some things I was expecting to be done, the person dealing with me was polite but saying nothing he can do its the boss (though boss was on holiday?), can hear them raising their voices but not sure what they're saying. They made a very quick attempt to run a cloth over some areas but weren't willing to do anymore.OK if your car needs a general outside clean and you're not bothered if its actually very clean. Won't be going back.
