Excellent haircut today off Judith, fantastic service from start to finish the first time ever I have felt great on leaving a hairdressers. Had a good understanding of what I wanted doing. Thank you Judith I'll be coming back

Booked in my daughter and wife for wash style and cut. Wife booked in with nigel. Nigel was unavailable so another guy jumped on. Wife and daughter came back with a terrible haircut that I could have done better. I won't send them their again, lesson learnt.

Love this salon, everyone makes me feel like such a valued customer. Allie does my hair and she’s very talented, every visit I’ve left feeling extremely happy with her work. 10/10

Always looked after by all the staff especially Rebecca a great stylist as are all the staff, but she knows exactly what I want and always a lovely cup of coffee on hand aswell.

Tried and true well loved Blackburn gem! Nigel's holds up to its renowned name offering great cuts for ladies and gents alike with brilliant reliable hairdressers who make for lovely chat and are all wonderfully talented!Judir helped me personally restyle after COVID hit and now I'm not only more confident in myself but more please with my trim every time I visit!

I had pre-booked an Appointment for my young daughter at 3:15pm today (Saturday 23rd April 2022). We arrived at exactly 3:15pm. There was nobody at the Reception. None of the Staff acknowledged me, too busy cutting other people’s hair. I waited and waited for approx 20-25 minutes, still nobody came to ask me!So I left. Absolutely disappointed and furious for wasting my time. I was shocked at the lack of customer service!

I have gone to NIGELS for many years. It is a pleasurable experience. The Staff are so welcoming and friendly. My haircut is so easy to manage.I would definitely recommendNigels and that is why I give them five stars.

Only spoke once or twice that regarding my hair and what I wanted personally I won’t be back im afraid my hair was ok but could of been 100 times better sorry
