Cotswold MOT's, Diagnostics and Repairs

I took my car here for its MOT and it required some work to pass (rear shock replacement), so I booked with them to get the work done. The man I dealt with was very helpful and friendly and the job was done the same day along with the MOT retest . The reason for the low rating was because of a scrape I found on my rear bumper in the area the work was carried out. This scrape was not there before I left my car with the garage because I cleaned it and even polished out a scratch on the rear bumper the weekend before. It’s unfortunate because they did not tell me about the scrape (maybe they didn’t realise) but they weren’t necessarily cheap, where you would expect things like this to happen.

New in the country and wasn't sure where to go for a MOT, after digging about Facebook and a few recommendations I decided to use Cotswold MOTs, I called and made a booking with the gentleman who was very friendly, efficient and made space for me the following afternoon, the car went for its test and I'm glad I chose Cotswold MOT, the couches were comfy and staff were all friendly making the experience effortless..
