Couldn’t find a better company to look after my mobility scooter they go the extra mile and will not sell you anything you don’t really needDefinitely recommend them

My wife had her electric scooter serviced with East Riding Mobility. The customer service we received was absolutely fantastic. They kept us informed all the way through and even picked up and dropped off the scooter at no extra charge, turning up exactly when they said they would. I would thoroughly recommend East Riding Mobility. They give a level of service you rarely see now. And a special thanks to Rachel who drove through the snow and ice to get to us in Withernsea:)

This family run business is the best they definitely don't try and sell you anything they explain everything, the lady Rachel who runs the shop is the most beautiful soul iv ever come across so caring and helpful tom and his farther 2 caring guys any problems if you have any are sorted as soon as I'd stay well clear of eden and the other companies this company actually care about there customers love to you all at eden xxx

Excellent firm to deal with. Saw replacement scooter on line, unable to call to greenwood avenue due to no vehicle at moment. Ordered Excell2 on Mon for delivery in 3-5 working days. Delivered at home on Thursday, fantastic no money required until I was satisfied, which I am, also gave me generous p/ ex on old scooter and took it away.I have had many dealings over the years and this transaction was extremely pleasurable and it is good to be able to recommend this company.

We rang the shop and spoke to Rachel as my wife's scooter was letting her down.The gentleman came to our house, checked the electrics, and replaced the batteries. This is a great service by lovely friendly people. Would highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about products . Competitive prices and a good choice.

UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATEI thought it was time I updated my review.I did find east riding mobility to be good at 1st.I purchased a new van os galaxy 2 which seemed to be riddled with faults.Was taken away for repair but came back with the same problems like they hadn't been addressed.After nearly a year of feeling let down and the scooter not been safe i spoke with the owner who gave me a refund as the faults couldn't be addressed.I even had my scooter looked at by another company that confirmed the faults where there.It started of all ok but it became a nightmare to get answers or the scooter repaired.I was told it was me hence having checked by an impartial company.I shall never use the shop again after the experience I had in my opinion there all nice for sales.I thought I'd better leave a review while I have the time too.I find that East Riding mobility are a good Mobility scooter shop.Good choice and knowledgeable about there products.I had to purchase a mobility scooter as I have mobility issues.The 1st scooter I purchased had a few problems that aren't noticeable until they happen, I contacted the shop and the scooter was taken away and I was informed that the fault was repairable but they would rather use it for parts as the fault could lead to other problems which I appreciated the honesty.I was told to pick another Mobility scooter new and they'd order it in and in good faith they gave me a good discount.If all shops where like this you'd have no problems in life.A big and grateful thank you to Roy and Rachel they treat you as friends and tell you how it is and always show respect to everyone
