Unlike DHL, Pallet2Ship were excellent with the service they provided. They turned up when they said the would. They kept constant contact with me and my customer. And they delivered the shipment on time with no problems at all.All-in-all, I am very happy with their service. I will not be going back to DHL.

Chose Pallet2Ship as they replied promptly to my initial enquiry. A personal shipment so not familiar with the procedures and Dan was always there to help. Shipment was to import items from Switzerland and all went smoothly and on time. Very pleased hence five stars.

Absolutely amazing service from Dan E @ Pallet2ship.Our business usually moves our stock using a different freight company but we were badly let down on the day it should have been have collected from the factory in Italy. These were all sold customer orders and time critical so I contacted Pallet2ship and spoke to Dan E @ 3pm on Thursday.It was a long shot as the factory shuts down for a summer break the very next day at 5pm, but I contacted them to see if they could help after drawing a blank contacting several other carriers. Dan was incredibly helpful and confident that he could make it happen. I still have no idea how he managed to have it collected within 24 hours when most of the industry was on holiday in Italy. We have received our goods as promised 4 days after they left the factory, this is much quicker than it usually takes too!I don’t usually take time to write reviews but felt compelled to in this instance. I was apprehensive initially using a forwarder I hadn’t heard of before but the service we have received has been outstanding. Dan is an absolute credit to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pallet2ship again.Thanks Dan, you’re a star. You have made me and many of our customers happy.

Great service, the driver unfortunately ran out of hours and couldn't collect on the booked day. Nikki was fantastic throughout ensuring I was kept up to date at all stages and rearranging the collection for the next day, even with these issues my pallet was still delivered on time. Again, I just want to say how great Nikki was throughout the whole process. Will definitely use pallet2ship again.

Only giving it 4 stars as the parcel I sent arrived quickly. The process of sending a parcel outside of the UK is way to confusing. The website wasn't helpful at all, as a private seller for a one off item it should be much simpler. It is all geared up for big companies sending several parcels everyday.It was asking for invoices and export details which I'd never been involved with. Luckily the parcel made it to it's destination. Hopefully I won't have to send anything overseas with how stressful this process was.

This is a great company to deal with!The price are very competitive and the parcel collection quick and smooth. The stuff assistance during the delivery process with DHL in US was brilliant, in the specific Gabriella was very patient, kind and a great communicator. We will use this company again and we highly recommend it.
