Rexall Chemist

Rexall was the only local chemist that has the tablets my wife required. Prior to going to the chemist I phoned them to check that they had stock. They were very prompt at answering the call and gave me all the information I needed.I then made my way to the Penn Road chemist and spoke to Bobby. There were issues with the on line prescription, so Bobby phoned my designated chemist and asked them to change the on line prescription to Rexall. The designated chemist were no able to do this and Bobby then spoke to my wife's doctor's surgery, who weren't able to help either.Bobby managed to find a way around this and dispensed the required medicine. He also called his supplier to check when the next stock delivery would be available.I found the service exceptional and Bobby went out of his way to help. I am sure other chemists would have given up at the first sign of an issue but Bobby didn't.Great job and a big thank you

Always excellent service, staff very helpful and above all very friendly. Mr Baden has looked after me for many years, and Rimi, Ranbir and Bobby still look after my prescriptions now. I always recommend them to my patients at the surgery where I work very close by.

I and my family have used this pharmacy regularly for the past 30 years. The staff are always ready to help and advise and I have had no hesitation in choosing them as my nominated pharmacy for online prescriptions. It is a family run business and their commitment to customer service is evident.

Where other pharmacies in the area are slow, inefficient and unfriendly, Rexalls have always been helpful, friendly and never seem to be out of stock. My drugs are usually delivered, but I have been able to collect when necessary. And once when I urgently needed antibiotics one of their staff drove around to deliver them specially. Why go to another pharmacy when you have Rexalls?

After experiencing issues with a previous pharmacy the receptionist at my GP surgery suggested using this one. A wise decision, prescriptions are always ready the next day after ordering, the staff are all polite and helpful. Professional first class service

Convenient, and quick to respond to prescription orders via GP, and text service to advise when ready for collection. Advice also available when needed from chemist.

Has to be one of the worst places I have been for an interview. Felt very uncomfortable, did not have a chance to speak without the interviewer jumping down my throat every 2 seconds. Very rude and dismissive. Waste of money travelling. Would not recommend working here. I have had better experiences in other pharmacies. Respect is earned not given.

Friendly, helpful staff, understanding and knowledgeable. As I'm disabled, my medications are delivered to me. Please ask if they do free delivery for able bodied people.

Such a better service than I've experienced in other pharmacies.Since needing a regular prescription I've had more frequent dealings with pharmacies and have switched 3 or 4 times because the accumulation of mistakes in prescription and shoddy service have become too much to bear. The difference between these others and Rexell couldn't be greater. Prescriptions always accurate, prepared very quickly, notification by SMS, pleasant service over the counter. Very highly recommended.
