Appalling! (Should be no star)They cannot manage stock and always run out of certain lines.I was given 0.2 ohm coils when I always use 0.4 ohm, this was apparently as they had run out and could not get the 0.4`s. I would not have minded but the salesman didn't tell me this at the time, if he had I would have not bought them. I only found out when the coils began burning out very quickly and then I realised why, when I returned and pointed this out a different salesman explained that they could not always get the 0.4 ohm coils. I pointed out that I should have been told at the time and I wanted a refund for being sold a product that I was not informed may be different at the point of purchase, he refused any kind of refund and suggested the problem was with the way I used my e-cig!(I told him I use it on my few breaks on a working day and he said that if I use it continuously for a 20minute break this would cause the problem. I re-assured him that this was not the case and the problem never arose with the higher resistance coils) I bought another 0.2 ohm coil as he refused to let me have one free of charge so that I could go another day or two until I could purchase coils elsewhere.I WILL NEVER RETURN AS A CUSTOMER AGAIN and plan to inform trading standards that a sales contract was made without informed consent. BEYOND TERRIBLE!

Not surprising that this vape place has stayed while other (trendier and brightly lit) places have come and gone. Friendly and helpful staff, and a good product range. Can even get some of the older coils that are usually only found online these days.

Great vape shop in the heart of whitchurch. Staff were friendly and very polite. I am only just getting into vaping and the staff helped me with every enquiry. A vast amount of flavours were on offer( I even tried a few). I Will 100% be going back to this vape shop as such customer service as well as product selection hard to find. Would highly recommend to anyone who is a seasoned pro or a novis(like me).

Goes the extra mile to service their customers especially during lockdown, top job by all the staff. Great shop with good knowledgeable advice, dont buy from anywhere else..use these guys.

Unfortunately I'm unable to show photos. Bought a mix of 10 different flavours. Mainly 12 mg. (Tutti Frutti, PM Violet, Grape, Rainbow etc) Once I'd brought them home and took them out of the box supplied I was a little concerned about no plastic wrapping on any of them and none of the lids were 'connected' to the plastic ring that they should be attached before opening. I wasn't sure what I'd bought was what I wanted. It concerned me so I took them all back. I was asked to show a receipt to prove I'd bought them there (which wasn't given) - I'd only bought them 2 - 3 hours earlier!!!!!!Disappointingly I was refused a swap and of course a refund and was asked by the owner / employee if I thought they were running a Chinese laundry at the back of their premises? Wasn't really sure what to make of his comments?!I then asked his name so I could leave a review to which he replied, 'leave whatever you want, I've got answers for everything'Since then I've been to Barracuda Vape on Caerphilly Rd. Wow. What a difference. Helpful, knowledgeable and customer friendly.

Have to say the staff were very friendly and were very helpful in trying to find what would best suit my needs, just unfortunately for me I don't seem to be able to get on with the vape I purchased, think I jumped in to quick I have tried a few but just money down the drain but that's down to me not the staff .. but thank you to vape chase for being so helpful
