Absolutely a joke there today parked the car with 2 hrs free parking and had a parking ticket within 20 mins of parking as i didn't have a ticket in the car so free parking 1hr in the library and a quick coffee and a fifty pound fine....watch out people officer 164 is watching all the cars at least 10 tickets on cars so i wasn't the only one that didn't know you had a put a ticket on for FREE parking

SO RUDE over the phone, woman on the switchboard service was unhelpful and passive aggressive during conversation. But if you go in, the front desk is lovely. So don't bother calling, just go in if you have any questions or need something done

Not very pleasing on the eye.A concrete jungle in one of the most expensive areas in Wales.Located in the mumbles along with the prison. It looks like a concrete bunker from an old James Bond film.I bet it is riddled with asbestos inside, I'd recommend knocking it down and relocating. The nearby prison should be closed and opened as a touristed attraction like fremantle prison and alcatraz.
