Contacted Lee on his day off (didn’t realise) and received a text and an appointment for the next morning. Received a SMS advising how far away he was before arrival. Lee was friendly, professional and tidy. Answered any questions I had and sorted the problem (new part needed). Thanks to Lee hot water was back on within the hour of him. Would definitely recommend.

I stumbled across Lee of Core Heating on the internet whilst looking for a gas-safe engineer in Luton. What a find. I called Lee on a Bank Holiday without realising it was a holiday. He still texted back and arranged to do my boiler service and gas check just a couple of days later. Lee gave me a time slot and arrived promptly. Work was done cleanly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable indeed with no hidden costs involved. I've already shared Core Heating details on my family whatsapp group. I think a lot about reviews and thought that the reviews might too good to be true. But they are true. Thanks Lee.

My first time using Lee / Core Heat as had always had my boiler serviced by BG since they installed it originally. However, the cost of BG Homecare cover (for the boiler and controls alone) is becoming exorbitant with both an excess and penalty for having made a claim being charged, and servicing at approx. 15 month intervals - so not annually. Lee arrived bang on time and carried out a service as requested. We discussed likely ongoing costs and whilst our boiler is getting on a bit, Lee advised it is still in good condition / working order and so hopefully, providing it is maintained regularly, should give many more years service. The honest assessment and advice is much appreciated and in future I shall ask Lee to service annualy.

Yet again, I received fabulous service from Core Heat. Lee (Gas service engineer) continues to deliver great service and maintains a professional manner throughout. I highly recommend his services.
