So rude and unprofessional. The man on the other end of the phone clearly just wanted me off the line as quickly as possible. Best to avoid these people if their customer service skills are anything to go by.

Boiler would not work. Called after plumber recommended circuit testing. Des traced the faulty part and an hour later had sourced, collected and replaced the faulty part. Came within 1 hour of call out. Would give 6 out of 5 if possible. Cannot recommend enough.
