Very pleasant staff, just need to learn to answer Emails quickly albeit with standard programmed mail stating: We have received your mail and will get back to you shortly. Just so the sender knows the mail hasn't gone missing in cyberspace. Apart from that everything else fine.

I contacted this firm in September last year for assistance with a frivolous small claims court case. Didn’t answer your phone for weeks after our nan died or reply to messages and then when we finally got through they were rude and said they were too busy and not to assume they would deal with the will they had been paid to write and hold. Disgusting it was our first death and had no idea what to do. We were instructed to send our details so they could release the will to us and do nothing after
