Dropping off asbestos was easy. A quick polite phone call with an appointment made for the next day. Staff were friendly and relaxed. Site was clean and spacious. Nice and easy.

Excellent. Have always gone on Thursdays or Fridays as weekend busy and queues. I understand that some people can only rid there rubbish at weekends.Staff very helpful as to what bins are for what rubbish if your not sure. Yeah carpark could be bigger but if your not in a hurry then a 5 to 10 minute wait not gonna do any harm.

Trying to book a place is a nightmare; so few slots available - the council really need to manage the matter better.Once there, it was seamless (apart from the illegal parking on double yellow lines at the entrance, causing me to wait in what I thought was a queue).

I have seen nothing but great service provided on every visit, however, today, everyone was working over and above expected, I apologise for not asking the gentleman's name, my shame, as I am disabled, albeit a sort of limping lump, the guys couldn't do enough, and the one especially as my back was turned emptied my entire car for me, a huge and very sincere thank you, I don't do reviews but this had to be said, you are all stars!

Able to book a slot easily enough. Parking is dangerous, as you are unloading vehicles into the roadway, but apparently this is the only way allowed.Skips are signposted, but not very clear as to which skips are in use.The worst part was the arrogance and sarcastic witty comments from staff members, who, rather than assist people with direction, or even grab a brush and maintain a clean environment outside of the refuge containers, would rather sit on their fat arses, smoking, and having the attitude of 'it's a Sunday, I can't be arsed'. In my opinion very unprofessional, if skip diving is even classed as a professional job...
