We are a London startup and have worked closed with Lee and his friendly team!Lee is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are looked after!Highly recommend for startup looking to make their idea to reality!

Devastated by Drinks Chef lack of professionalism and failure to complete a service and produce a product that we spent the last 2 years working on. As a startup with limited funds, we reached out to this company who we believed to be an all encompassing drinks manufacturing service provider.From a design perspective, we were given a portfolio of 'drinks brands' they claim to have worked on but the quality and output of brand design could not be any further from what we were provided. They have retained almost £10k of our money failing to produce industry standard work.We tried desperately to mitigate a refund but have been met with unprofessional founders who terminated their so-called services promptly when we bought this to their attention.We beg other startups to stay well clear of this company, as we have since seen a negative review in the last 3 months from another disgruntled customer voicing the same concerns. It has become even more disturbing to learn multiple brands they had been dealing with has also departed ways on the same basis and have also been left out of pocket without completing services agreed, a reoccuring theme it would seem.Upon further investigation, note that multiple companies [BOTTLING UK (see their appalling reviews! if we had only known they dissolved and set up DRINKS CHEF instead), JEFFRIES VINTAGE DRINKS LTD, BREW & BOTTLE LIMITED, BOTTLING INTERNATIONAL LTD] all have now all been dissolved.Stay clear of this company if you value your hard earned funds and drinks brand, as you will inevitably end up out of pocket and without anything to show for it.Collectively they are a disgrace in this industry and should not be allowed to continue to take on new clients, let alone get away with fraudulent activities.

Before the money was paid, communication and the service was great. When the money was paid Joe did not care anymore, his service standard and communication, dropped to its lowest level practically overnight. Emails and texts were going unanswered, the only way I could speak to him, were by persistent phone calls, and even then I was told, he would call me back, that would take another 3 days. Meanwhile, I have customer waiting to buy my product. Honestly I wouldn't reccommend, purely because of communication skills, which is important in business. How can anyone run a business when your supplier, won't tell you what is going on, or only contacts you when it suits him

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Joe and Aidie over the past year trying to get my new drinks business over the line.Joe is very knowledgeable, helpful and took the pain out of trying to navigate my way through manufacturing drinks. As well as this sign posting things I had missed and stayed away from any potential issues. Aidie’s flavour mixing has led to some excellent drinks that I can’t wait to get to market. Both were brilliant at finding solutions and ways to accommodate when things were getting stressful.I’d highly recommend this company and can’t wait to be back soon for the next bigger run.Thank you all!

I needed some consultancy work doing surrounding lab testing and can compatibility and I messaged them yesterday offering to pay for any time used. No more than an hour later Joe had responded to my email offering to give up his time for free to help me. Fast forward to this morning, Joe has just spent a generous amount of his time on the phone, not only answering all of my questions, but providing more useful information than I could’ve learned in a whole month.Thanks to Joe and the DrinksChef team :)

Response after asking for a resolution to drinkschef not being able to produce a suitable design and us losing confidence in their design capabilities and ability to follow a briefBe careful they ask for the payment up front and if you have multiple services with them they withhold funds and cease communications.They asked me to speak to their solicitor. Which was done, but they hadn't instructed the solicitor to speak to me. Deliberate time-wastingPoor service and poor quality work!

Working with Lee Jeffries & Team on building out our drinks recipes and brand design including website has been top class.We are now working with them on sales activation and they are looking after our website and wholesale fulfilment to great success.
