What a great Toyota dealer, found a perfect SWB LandCruiser flew over from Heathrow to collect, they picked us up, seamless sale and nice team. Extra thanks to Ruari who sold us the vehicle and Luke who picked us up. Now enjoying a Guinness in Belfast before our ferry home. Great experience thanks!!

The service department here has really looked after me. They are polite punctual don't try and rip me off and always clean the car inside and outxx

Good place to buy from but Toyota don't make a vehicle that suits me any more unless they bring in corolla cross maybe it would suit

Very helpful Toyota parts man. Very knowledgeable. Fast and effective service. Will be testing their Toyota service department soon. Service receptionist sold me into the dealer line of servicing today, as my car is 5year+, so qualify for a good discount, which I never would off known. So nice to get a genuine job done, with the right parts, right people and most importantly lol, right price!

The people all seem really nice and helpful but when your trying to contact by phone it can be difficult with either no answer.

I went here looking an exact model of Toyota car for my mum which they didn't have the day we visited (fair enough). I'll not name him here but one of their 'senior' salesman started trying to sell a model we weren't interested in and then recorded all my details on the computer and said he would ring me as soon as he sees the one we are looking coming in blah blah .... never heard from him again (it's been 11 months now). Really irks me .... don't waste my time or yours if you don't follow up with genuine customers. I bought from a Toyota dealership in Belfast instead the following week. Unfortunate as we were ready to buy and wanted to support them as our local Toyota dealer. However, the showroom is lovely, servicing team excellent and other staff are nice so not all negative
