From the moment I enquired about the car, LWF Car Sales was responsive and walked me through the entire process. It could not have been easier, and Adrian made the process very pleasant.There was a slight issue with the AC, but Adrian fixed it within 24hrs of contacting him; he even went out of his way by providing a full service for my Audi, as well as providing me with a courtesy car.I will definitely be back to buy my next car from here and I would 100% recommend anyone to buy a car from LWF.

Ive had some sketchy experiences in the past with second hand cars, but I have to say LWF are by far the best dealer I've bought car from. I ended up travelling up to LWF from Essex to purchase the car, and its been well worth it, great service, great communication always replying when needed, and even now with a tiny issue with a part that needs replacing, they are covering the cost of that. Would happily travel back to purchase another car in the future, and would advise anyone looking that you'll get great service and care!Thanks again!

Well, what can I say about LWF.Adrian has restored my faith in car dealers. We went looking for a sturdy reliable car to pull our caravan , that could also accommodate 2 newfoundland dogs. We had bought a van and been totally let down by the dealer. Warranty wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Adrian is helpful, conscientious and knowledgeable. He sold us a great landrover discovery at a good price, it had some teething issues, but Adrian has taken care of them all, quickly and under the warranty. Brilliant service on every level. Great place to buy a car!!! Would give 6 stars if I could! Adrian was absolutely amazing. First of all being great with communication over phone and explaining everything about the car I was interested in (from auto trader). He made it so easy to come see the car and gave me complete peace of mind when buying! I purchased a 2017 bmw 1 series after getting a train to stoke on trent, Adrian collected me from station on his day off as it suited me best!! He was very patient and gave me complete peace of mind when buying the car as I had been nervous due to previous bad experiences. Completely eased my anxiety about the whole thing and I left very happy with a big smile on my face. Love the car so far and it has been great to drive! Never met a more friendly car salesman than Adrian. He set up a test drive to suit me (outside his normal working hours) and was very knowledgeable and helpful about the car I took out for the test drive. He also offered to sort out any minor issues I had with the car I was buying before I purchased it. Absolutely no high pressure sales pitch whatsoever - a real change from other used car dealerships I have visited. I would recommend LWF Car Sales to anyone who wants a seamless, stress-free way to buy a used car.

Thoroughly recommend. It is so hard to find people who have high honest and ethical principles. It is easy to say how good people are if everything goes to plan. The real test is if an un-foreseen problem arises that no one could predict. After my brakes locked on, on my Discovery 4, LWF were so easy to deal with. No nonsense. The car was immediately taken and fixed with no hassle or questioning what i had done. Really great service and the aftercare is better than experiences I have had with main dealers. No need to worry about buying a car here in my experience.

My second car from this outstanding Stoke based second hand car dealership. I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else now for a car, the difference between LWF and the rest is huge. The quality of service, attentiveness and a friendly, helpful, no pressure approach from Adrian at LWF has been a breath of fresh air. After an excellent experience buying a great Mini Cooper from him a little while ago my needs had changed and I needed to get something far more family focused. Adrian simply and quickly sorted it out. He's totally straight, completely transparent, and has a remarkable ability to sort the absolute best possible finance option to suit a person's needs. He has carefully curated a comprehensive selection of quality lenders that he works closely with and they are super flexible and helpful. I had a bit of complex finance to swap about and Adrian breezed through it and sorted a great package for us. I should also add it's not just the brilliant service, the cars at LWF are always of the highest standard and presentation. Everything I looked at came with full MOT, great history and a warranty as well as being properly prepared for you to jump in and drive off if that's what you need. I don't generally write such extensive and gushing reviews but the fact that LWF do what they do absolutely warrants a proper review. They are a rarity and I'm really glad to have found them. Adrian himself is a friendly, personable and genuinely decent gent who will move mountains to make sure you get the right car. I drove away in a perfect, like new Nissan Juke which is ideal for our needs and couldn't be happier. Give them a try. They really are that good!

Adrian is a great guy with good knowledge of Land Rover. Bought a discovery 4 in summers and went on for several months without a single problem. He sorted out the initial hiccups in the car and gave back a fully functional car.I do recommend to ask upfront if the car has a 2nd key and Locking wheel nut as both weren’t available. This was revealed after i closed the purchase

LWF car sales were very friendly, helpful and easy to go with. They were very trust worthy and guided us through the whole process from applying for the finance to actually driving away with the car. They car was in a great standard and they were reasonable with the pricing. Very happy overall.
