I can't rate Willows highly enough, they are exceptional! My dog was sadly hit by a car, we were prepared for the worst but due to the most amazing care he is now back to his old self. We were so informed all of the way and had regular twice daily updates - absolutely amazing service. They also dealt directly with our insurance meaning one less thing to worry about. Woody and I can't thank you enough for your wonderful service.

So disappointed with this veterinary centre! I even wrote an email of complaint but I have not heard anything back! Please read email below dated 14th June:After I finished work and came home yesterday evening, I found a stray cat outside my doorstep. The stray cat looked like he was deteriorating; he was struggling to breathe, he was unable to walk due to his hind legs not moving (it looked like paralysis). I phoned the RSPCA initially and they told me that they would most likely send an officer out the following day due to being busy, which I was unhappy with. I then took it upon myself to find the nearest vet and I came across Willow Veterinary Centre which had a high rating of reviews and it has been known to be the best vets in the Midlands". I was advised to bring the stray cat in. My brother and I brought the cat to the vets and within a few minutes the doctor had apparently carried out a full assessment of the cat and claimed that there was nothing wrong with him! I questioned the receptionist by asking "but his hind legs are giving up on him

We came to Willows as referral clients with certain misgivings in the light of some of the negative reviews. However we had a very positive experience in dealing with Sebastien who assessed our cat. He presented all the treatment options from the most to the least expensive and made us feel that any of them would be an appropriate choice. The package presented for surgery seemed very reasonable, although ultimately we didn't need it. Our cat had an MRI scan and I was extremely pleased with the care she received and with the communication from Sebastien.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Willows Vets. Our French Bulldog had spinal surgery there and was sent home with a catheter. After just 5 days, the catheter stopped working, and when we tried to reach out to express our concerns, they shockingly told us to go to another vet for help. This was a disgraceful response. In desperation, I went back to Willows and demanded that they address the issue. By this point, my dog's bladder was so full it was overflowing. They then informed us that we needed to pay an additional £560 to replace the catheter, on top of the nearly £10,000 we had already spent on the surgery. To make matters worse, it turned out that the reason the catheter had failed was because they had initially installed one that was too small for my dog, and it had fallen out. They also left us waiting in the reception for 2 hours, whilst my dog was in pain and discomfort with an overflowing bladder. (See image). What's truly appalling is the lack of aftercare for my dog. It feels like they took our money and completely forgot about him. This level of service is utterly unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against using Willows Vets.

I am very pleased I chose this hospital for my dog. I have been given all information needed. Vet (Simone) was very informative, explained everything and took his time. I was kept updated throughout the whole procedure. 5 stars and more from me :) thank you for everything.

We were referred to the Willows last year due to various issues with my miniature schnauzer. I can honestly say that the level of care and expertise we have had has been fantastic. I know that my lovely boy is in the best hands. He had to stay in for 10 days and they kept us up to date as agreed and we were able to visit him. The nursing staff were so kind and gentle with him. I know that they are giving my dog the best care and attention. I highly recommend the Willows.

Worse, veterinary practice in the country is only interested in maximum out your pet insurance.GREED is unbelievable. They couldn't put our kitten to sleep ASAP when we couldn't afford the surgery. The drug was admistered so quickly that it hurt his little paw. Although my concerns were ignored being a qualified nurse.I am totally shocked at how cold, heartless, and unsympathetic this practice was after the loss of our kitten just 6 months old Leo.I have had better treatment at the PDSA.I have complaint by phone so therefore hence my review on here .

The first question there was: what is your financial situation? And it makes sense, because every following talk to specialists" was bringing our estimate higher and higher before the scan even been done or any final conclusion. The dog we brought there has the elbow fracture and was kept over the weekend with nothing done apart from sedatives and paracetamol which cost us £900 for two nights. (This meant to be an emergency out of hours service)Communication with them was a nightmare. They never call you at the time promised and when you call them you end up talking to the receptionist who knows nothing and promises you call back

Special thanks to Samuela, Jenny and Rodrigo. You gave my dog his sight back. Absolutely fantastic! My little chihuahua went blind from cataracts for about 2 weeks, so I decided to get the cataracts removed at Willows. Gizmo is now back home and can see everything again it is honestly like a miracle. He can see all his family again, all his toys, and over night has just gone back to his old self again back to normal. The service was brilliant.
