Got my second ear piercings here a few weeks ago and I am super happy with the service! They were patient and answered all my questions. Made me feel really comfortable and safe. Would definitely recommend the place for ear piercings!

Popped in here today & was taken back by how clean, tidy & organised this Claire’s is. I have never experienced this before. Other Claire’s I have been to have been higgledy-piggledy at the very least. Ruth the retail assistant was genuinely friendly and helpful a real credit to Claire’s. It’s the best Claire’s I’ve ever been to and I have been in a number of Claire’s stores.

Cheaper than other piercing options but worse value overall. Less safe, more painful methods used (studs are forced through ear, rather than using a sharp needle) and service is generally just not very good.

The lady who works in the Claire's Bristol gallery BS1 is terribly rude and had worse customer service ever. She has red and black shirt with black jeans. So sad the store full of nice things but bring the bad bad feeling for the customers, around the Christmas time! Bad! Wish she has great Christmas!

My daighter had her ears pierced there it was fine and quick but there but wasnt told how to take care of it but thank goodness she had a friend thatgot her ears pierced at another claries and nearly had to spend an extra 10pound because she just gave us the rapid recovery not the one for free

Ruth was brilliant. Friendly, helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend Ruth, if you want your ears pierced. Previously had my ears pierced incorrectly elsewhere, I was nervous to get them pierced again. But so happy I did and am happy with the result. Thank you. The other lady working last Friday was friendly too.

Just had my daughter's ears pierced here, she's just under 5 months old .Staff were great only had a few tears but not for long then her mother pulled herself togeather .I'm really happy with her experience.

Went and got our 8 month old little girls ears pierced. It was done my Emily and Abbie (v sorry if we got the names wrong). They were fantastic - v friendly. Would recommend! :)

My grandma and I went to Claire's to get our ears pierced and wow RUTH was incredible. She is the nicest young lady and was so kind. I 100% reccomend her to anyone looking for a piercing. THANK YOU RUTH
