I do not recommend cooperation with MG Telford Spare Parts Department.I've been waiting for half a year for a part for the MG4. They explained to me that the car is new, and they didn't have the parts, so it's on backorder.Behind the desk sits a grumpy woman clearly unhappy to help a customer at all.I visited several times for an update, and when I asked for an order confirmation, she claimed she had a million things to do and would send an email later. I never received a follow-up from her.I went to the branch in Shrewsbury, and they promptly placed the order. I received confirmation of the order and an invoice immediately, along with information that it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks.
