Brought my grandson here after a cinema trip on the 4th August we orded noodles and crispy chicken was so spicy I went and told the chap he said headoffice made it that spicy as it wasn't supposed to spicy at all ,I said you seen me buying it gor a 10year old why did you not say anything if you knew he just shrugged his shoulders 17 pound it cost me for two med boxs and a can of pop we left it absolutely disgusting service. I asked for the manager he said that was him Matthew gave me an email address they have not responded ruined our day out never again I would give no stars

Love the boxed meals they serve. They initially had the customized boxes at a very reasonable price which all my friends and I really enjoyed. They've now got a limited box option at an increased price now. They kept changing their staff in between which really got the food quality and service down. But since my two recent orders I am really happy with their quality and service.

I ordered vegetarian Udon noodles. It's tasty but incredibly spicy. I couldn't finish the food. Staff lack customer service skills.

Really good food, awesome atmosphere, you can watch them cooking so you know how your food is being made.Shuhin was cooperative and helped me get through the menu.

First time eating here ! And the food wasn’t nice at all. Overpriced is one thing & the egg fried rice was horrible No Egg I saw and looked like just plain white rice and gave me upset stomach very tight as well and meat Won’t ever go again. Total Waste Of Money. RIP OFF

Went here for a take away, we asked if the vegetarian food was cooked separately to the meat. The staff said the meat was kept separately but they used the same wok to cook all the food in. He then said they are rinsed every time.We ordered our vegetarian food anyway as we saw them add water and swirl it around the wok. Took the food home, plated it. After eating nearly most of it I chewed a big piece of chicken, was extremely annoyed and angry that people are so careless because it's not something they believe in.When I returned it within a second or 2 the caucasian male said to me 'that doesn't look like it's from here' I said to him I'm hardly going to waste my time come all the way back to make something up, I said I have better things to do with my life, I said where did the chicken come from then the sky?'After he examined it for a minute I stated it was very rude implying that I had somehow put the chicken in myself. He said he didn't mean that but not sure what he meant by that statement.After another 2 staff members examined it, I asked him again are you denying it came from here, he then confirmed it did and he apologised and then refunded my money.I explained that it was unacceptable of him immediately telling me it hadn't come from there, he apologised again and he offered to take my details for some sort of response. I declined as this put me off from eating from there again.If you are vegetarian I would avoid completely.
