I was disappointed to see other reports. My stairlift became quite unreliable and then stopped working altogether over the Bank Holiday weekend. I am oxygen dependent and the bathroom is upstairs. The receptionist was very helpful and an engineer was on my doorstep within 20 minutes of the original phone call. It took him no time at all to find and fix the problem. I was most I,pressed by the speed, efficiency and care taken by the company's representatives. Thank you.

absolutely appalling service, spoke to someone called vicky who was not helpful at all, when I mentioned I wasn't told about the call out charges when taking out the insurance, her reply was you should have read the contract shouldn't you" no empathy for a disabled person at all."

Terrible terrible company for after sales. My husband and I are both disabled, in electric wheelchairs and reliant on the Orion lift supplied by TK home solutions. It keeps breaking down now they say it is out of guarantee. They are very polite but absolutely nobody ever gets back to actually do something. 20 phone call over 3 days and still nobody gets back to me The service is absolutely terrible. Do not repeat do not use this company they will let you down.

Will not give any information regarding their stairlifts to anyone who has not purchased the stairlift direct from them, even though I only wanted to know about standard length of rack. Also they do not have online manuals and refuse to give them, unless you purchased direct from them.

Quite the poorest customer service I have seen for a long time. The key on my mother’s stair lift had snapped off and needed replacement. We were more than willing to pay for a call out but I was told that as the model of lift ( which I believe was still being promoted 2 years ago ) was discontinued, spares were no longer available and the best they could do would be to replace the whole control mechanism for an estimated £1,500 to £2,000.Instead went to a local company who replaced the part for £13 !
