Cant say enough good things about the team at the KTM Centre. Paul was great with me chopping and changing my mind and Jason oiled the wheels to get the deal done. Got a tour of the dealership and met the the workshop team. A coffee and a natter with dedícated bike guys. This will be my go to dealership from now on! Cheers

My first visit but first impressions are really good for me. Friendly, helpful staff and loads of stock (both bikes and gear). Happy to let me throw my leg over a few bikes then take a test ride on the spot. The bike was great and when I got back I wasn’t met with a hard sell, so I’ll go back when the time comes to buy my bike, which will be soon.Update: Bought my bike from here and was happy with the service from start to finish.

I have worked in the service industry for over 25 years so I know what good looks like. The whole experience with Jason was excellent. They did everything for us and it could not have been easier. They even filled the bike with petrol, attached L plates and created a place to put the lock. I cannot recommend them enough and my daughter is so happy. Thanks again guys!

Friendly, helpful staff, lovely shop with lots of gear and accessories. They serviced my bike quickly and kept it clean. We arrived a little early bit they happily invited us in for a coffee to warm up after the freezing ride there. Not much to say only being there for a short time except it was a pleasant shop to be at and I will deffintly be returning.

I've been using the KTM Centre in Hemel Hempstead since 2008, and without fail they have always right from the very first visit treated me like someone important, a real customer I guess...I'm not the most knowledgable petrol head, but have never been made to feel daft, or that I'm asking a stupid question.Everyone always somehow seems to know your name, you always feel welcome and even when super busy, you'll always get a quick 'be with you in a minute Lee, go get a coffee. And somehow someone always manages to get you laughing even when you've just had your pride and joy stolen.... now that is real skill!I've had two bikes now from them and wouldn't dream going anywhere else not least cos KTM's are by far the best bikes in the world (well they have so much character AND they work are as reliable as a Honda etc), but just you get the best service, you always feel these guys are pulling out all the stops for you... and I know there are probably cheaper places, but I know I can trust the guys there to give the best advice, not sell me the dearest component, and have more than a few times got me out of a serious pickle.Even one day turning up with a flat tyre cos I was just a mile from the shop and they dropped everything in the workshop to get me on my way. I've tried that several times in the 33 years of riding bikes at two bike shops and always got, 'can you come back Thursday' when you've pushed a bike 2 miles. And sat outside a bike shop waiting for the AA.....Really has been in my 35 years of visiting bike shops the best one by miles I've ever been to.Lee Evans, St Albans

Just had my 4th service at The KTM Centre . Bought bike new from here in 2020. Nothing is too much trouble for the guys in my experience. Great turnaround time from drop off to pick up. Complementary loan bike too. Good prices and good advice . See you guys again next year . Keep up the great work .

Bought a 1290 Super Adventure from these guys in 2021 - they were fantastic with the entire process, encouraging me test ride it as many times as I needed, with multiple hours on the 3rd ride before finally taking the plunge. Always super competitive on price and have been amazing ever since. Greeted with a smile, offer of coffee, always get a decent loan bike when mine is getting a service. They don't try to make the extra money on unnecessary replacement parts like I used to have with dealers prior (non-KTM). Just brilliant all round!I have, and will continue to recommend these guys to anyone considering a KTM/Husky! I will definitely buying from them again!
