Missing ItemsDiamond Hand Car WashStamford RoadI recently visited Diamond Hand Car Wash to have my car cleaned inside and out. I stayed in their waiting room whilst using their service.The following morning I noticed that a number of items were missing out of my boot. I returned to the garage and explained that I had items missing from my car that were there when I visited them. The staff denied taking anything out of my car. I then noticed a large soft toy that belonged to me in their garage. However my pair of Hunter wellies were nowhere to be seen.Whilst I understand I should have removed any belongings out of my car, I didn't expect to have items taken out and not returned.Please use this company with extreme caution and don't leave anything of value in your car.

This is my favourite car wash the team are so attentive and always chat whilst drying my car. Highly recommendAs always service is exceptional. A slight price increase from £5 to £6 but still worth every penny.

Best car wash around! They do a fantastic service every time I go here. Great prices compared to other car washes in the area. Gets very busy so go as early as you can to avoid long waiting times… I never leave here disappointed with the cleanliness of my ranger.

Awful service. Planned on having inside and outside cleaned, they washed my car and then proceeded to tell me they couldn't do the inside as they were closing. I would of gone elsewhere if this were the case as I ended up having half a job done. First time I'd used this place and expected them to ask me at the start which service I required rather than just presuming it was a quick wash. Very poor attention to detail, mud left on doors and dried water drops all over mirrors and back of car. Payed £7.00. Won't be going back.

I've used this car wash many times, and the quality has been good, but this visit was abysmal.It was undoubtedly the worst I've ever had. The car was filthy, and inextricably, they didn't wash a quarter of the roof and left it filthy.I will not go again.DO NOT USE! Avoid
