Travel Republic

Booked a holiday through travel Republic in which we had to change rooms 3 times in one week. The hotel was unsafe, dirty and very noisy. There were workmen breaking up concrete on the path outside our room which was dropping down from above our heads. We were woken up by drilling and shouting in the room above us which continued all day. We paid for a one bedroom apartment and got given a studio with no bathroom door.3 months later and travel Republic still won't resolve my complaint. They refuse to take any responsibility despite taking my money. Will ever never use again.

Excellent hotel, wonderful staff, especially Havva on reception. Rooms cleaned daily, nice buffet breakfast. Pool area very nice, lots of sunbeds. Reggae the bar manager is brilliant, plays really good music throughout the day.

We love this hotel. It is efficient and very friendly. It is ideally placed within feet of the beach and we are able to have breakfast etc on the decking looking across the bay. A room with a balcony looking over the bay is to die for! A smallish hotel but we'll presented.

Great holidays agent. We always get the best room in hotels and service for reasonable price. High recommended for everyone.

Travel Republic provided an excellent service as usual. Having used them many times i have confidence in the high level service they provide. The associated transfer provider offered good local service and excellent trips. Hotel was excellent with friendly staff, lovely restaurants and a nice beach setting for a relaxed holiday.

A Flawless Family Experience at IKOS SpainOur recent holiday to IKOS in Spain, facilitated by Travel Republic, was nothing short of spectacular. We made the most of it, taking a picturesque drive up the mountains, which was truly the cherry on top of an already fantastic holiday.Some might raise an eyebrow at the price tag associated with IKOS, but trust me, the value is unparalleled. It's not just about the tangible amenities, but the peace of mind knowing that every need is taken care of, the safety and security the resort ensures for children, and the top-notch service that accompanies every interaction.To sum it up, if you're looking for a memorable family getaway where the essence of luxury meets the heart of hospitality, IKOS Spain is the destination. We're already marking our calendars for next year's trip!

Fine. If you don’t mind paying for things like transfers and they don’t turn up or try to take you to the wrong hotel?Travel Republic clearly don’t care about customer service. Holiday price approx £1300.. Provides us the service issues above? And feels a refund of £34 back is providing a customer service experience for their customers?Dump us wherever then why don’t you?Incredibly poor service.. Won’t be using them again after this farce..Recommend you book carefully with this company. They clearly only interested in making money. Regardless of the customer service experience.

Lovely little accomodation . Over looking the harbour. Well equipped kitchen. All areas were cleaned everyday. Fresh towels every day and beds were changed almost every other day . Lovely big verranda. our only issue was being near the heavy ,solid front door, which other guests allowed to slam day and night . Pool was cleaned everyorning. Found all staff to be very cheerful and helpful . Would definitely return .
