Best care and service you will ever receive.The practice is easy to find with plenty of parking, if you are not sure , all is explained in the email you will receive reminding you of your appointment.You will first be greeted by Casey the receptionist, she is very friendly and helpful when booking appointments.Steven (the foot doctor ) is the nicest bloke you will ever meet, calm,reassuring and has a great sense of humour.I am a very nervous patient and Steven always puts me at ease. Most of all he is brilliant at what he does, everything is explained very clearly and in a way that you understand. We first started using Steven when my 15 year old daughter was having terrible pain in her foot, N.H.S. Was getting us nowhere, we couldn’t let her keep going in the pain she was experiencing. Steven spotted what was wrong and made special insoles for her shoes, she has been pain free ever since. I have had a number of different foot issues over the years, the latest been Gout, Steven got me booked in straightaway as I was unable to load bare on my foot.If you want the best treatment for your feet you have found the right place.

I would like to thank Steve and Casey for sorting my long suffering Plantar Fasciitis. I have suffered from extreme foot pain for years and tried everything on the market, seen my doctor, had physio and yet my pain got worse. I was recommended to see the Foot Doctor. I was seen by Steve quite quickly, who examined / assessed my foot. Steve explained to me what the problem was and what treatment I needed. Following my treatment after 3 months my foot pain has gone, I can finally get out of bed in a morning without any foot pain and it’s like night and day. I first came to Steve with a problem ingrowing toe nail which I had two failed operations on elsewhere. His knowledge and professionalism managed to solve the issue once and for all, in a tight timeframe before my impending wedding.Last September I returned to Steve with an issue on the base of my foot. He diagnosed the problem, a ruptured tendon, and has carried out treatment over the past seven months.I can not fault his attention to detail and ability to solve two separate issues to the highest standard. I was initially recommended The Foot Doctor to source some Orthotics following some glowing recommendations from colleagues.The comprehensive service provided by Steven and the team was of the highest calibre. This extends into a vast Musculoskeletal skillset.As a bonus, Steven was observant enough to identify oncoming raynauds syndrome which I was not cognisant too. That guidance enabled me to address the condition proactively.Good location, parking and extensive equipment range.I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Couldn’t recomend more highly.

After first visiting the Foot Doctor a couple of months ago by recommendation, with a very painful case of plantar fasciitis, I cannot say enough about the great treatment I have received.I have had several sessions of shockwave treatment and was given exercises to do at home, and with this and the very knowledgeable care given I am now in very little to no pain at all.Thanks to Steven.

Poorly organised clinic. Got told there is no appointment for a few weeks, and I will be added to the waitlist and a confirmation will be sent by a rather abrupt receptionist. Never got a confirmation and waited for a month, yet still no appointment given. Called again and they had no record of me. Ended up going via my GP to an NHS orthotist. Shame as the whole point I was interested in this was to avoid the NHS queue. Might as well has gone with the NHS from the start! At least I saved alot of money

I decided to contact The Foot Doctor after reading such good reviews, and I am glad I did. Steve was so friendly and enthusiastic which instantly put me at ease. I had constant pain in my foot for 2 years due to a previous injury and it finally gave up on me. Steve was confident he could help and started a treatment plan consisting of ultrasound scanning, bespoke orthotics and injections, he explained each process to me clearly. I am still having treatment but I am now 80% pain free, walking without a limp and my quality of life is so much better. I can’t thank Steve enough for what he has done for me, it’s really changed my life.

I have suffered with Achilles tendinitis for approximately 6 years and the condition was progressively getting worse. Steve fully explained the condition and possible treatments. He recommended a series of shockwave therapy which kickstarted the healing process. Together with a rehabilitation exercise routine my Achilles steadily improved over a number of months and is feeling better each week.
