I came to Leeds motor company in need of a new car. I was greeted by James who was amazing from the start! Got me sorted with a finance and went through everything with me, no stone un-turned. Few days later i was able to drive my car away and was spotless! Could not thank James enough for his help and kindness during this experience, would highly reccomend to anyone to go here! 10/10 service!

Brilliant experience today, no pressure at all, Kevin let us just take the keys and go out for 40 minutes for a test drive (and also has good banter). Car was in fantastic condition and also got us better rate secured for finance than quoted on Autotrader. Kevin was able to sort it so we drove away the same day within a couple of hours of viewing the car. Very happy with everything. Definitely recommend 10/10. No messing about, upfront and honest.

I have just purchased a used vehicle from this branch, the customer service from Kevin was exceptional, he arranged my finance very quickly and made sure that the offer was well manageable and suitable for my needs. The car spoke for itself anyway, but Kevin didn't oversell anything, was very open and honest and made sure to get all the documents I would be interested in ready for my appointment. A fair price was agreed for my current car as a part exchange with no squabbling. Overall I was very very pleased with the level of service that I received and would highly recommend a visit if you're in the market for a new motor!

Buying a car from Leeds motor co was genuinely a really enjoyable experience. I didn't feel pressured to buy and didn't feel like any 'extras' were being pushed either.-----------------This was my first time buying a car for myself, having previously gone to buy cars with other people in the past I knew what I didn't want it to be like.Nothing switches me off to opening my wallet more than 'typical' pushy sales people trying to push you into buying and then heaping on extras you don't really need.I had a shortlist of cars from auto trader, and a few of them were at LMC branches. The first car on my list was actually the one I ended up buying it was so immaculate and well maintained, and after looking at the other options I felt it fit what I wanted best. Worth nothing that the other cars I looked at were all good quality and had also been well looked after.The whole process was relaxed, and that goes for the people at each branch of LMC along Kirkstall Road. Kevin chucked the keys to me for the car I was looking at, and said take all the time I needed to have a look around, start it up, check over everything and actually left me alone to look around, breath of fresh air !Kevin was really helpful getting all the paperwork to look at, answering some questions about spec etc, took it for a test drive, again, unaccompanied and unpressured, after we sorted out the admin bits and payment.Picked up the car a few days later at a time I specified.Couldn't be happier.Thanks Kevin!

Bought our new car from here today, we traded two vehicles in that were on finance and they were both settled with no fuss and abit of cash back too! Very fair prices for our trades and the vehicle we bought! Fantastic service from the sales rep James who made sure everything went smoothly and quickly.
