Regus - Northampton Business Park

No parking, Internet that is supposed to be included is slow, drops out and horrible to use. No heating SO VERY COLD in winter. Not what you would expect for a serviced office. Be aware of the extras they sneak in. Dealing with complaints is not there strong suit. Also don't plan on getting home in a hurry as the roads always jam up.

Over the past year the improvements here have been so numerous I have lost count. The staff are now friendly and helpful, the car parking problems have been sorted, the kitchens and air conditioning have been overhauled. Altogether a much more enjoyable working experience.

They are supposed to be serviced offices, but they do not clean the offices, they class serviced as clean it yourself. Parking is non existent, Staff are not friendly at all. Freezing temperatures inside the offices unless its summer then it is boiling hot. No phone reception inside the offices. Things break continuously or are down, their computer systems, their franking machine, the dishwasher, the heating, the air con, the wi fi, everything that can break does break...beware.

We have been based in this centre since 2019 and i have to say that we have been very impressed from day one with the level of service we have received from the centre team and Regus in general. The location is great with quick access to the town centre , M1 and to Wellingborough via either the A428 or A43. Parking used to occasionally be an issue but with the advent of bay signs and an increase in the number of available parking bays this is now a thing of the past. The new Air Con is great and has made a massive change to the office environment.

The center has recently undergone significant investment with the installation of a state of the art air-conditioning system throughout the whole building, with each office boasting its own temperature control system. This allows each client to set their office temperature as warm or as cool as they like. New coffee machines of each floor with freshly ground coffee available in new contemporary styled kitchens on each floor are a great add.

Regus staff at this centre are always very welcoming and accommodating. I recommend this space for meetings or office agreements. Their business lounge is great and free to use if you have a Regus membership. They do fun networking events which is a great way to get to know the people working around you. Thanks to the staff on reception, I will always be happy to attend the Northampton site!

Operating my consultancy from Regus has been a fantastic experience from the outset. I have found the staff to be professional, accommodating and they have helped and supported me on numerous occasions. David in particular has been welcoming and understanding of my client base and always put people at ease. He has supported my work and offered assistance wherever he can.The air conditioning has radically improved the working environment and with the issues around parking now resolved, having allocated parking has made my practice more professional and again made for a better experience for myself and those visiting me.

Centre going down hill every month. Your now basically renting a space - NOT serviced offices.There has been issues with the AC for over 3 months - constantly pumps out freezing air. With outside temperatures being what they are today, we are sitting here wearing coats scarves and gloves. Not easy to type!!
