I have just bought an inexpensive mattress for the bed in my spare room. The service was first class, efficient, very helpful and friendly. I also asked for and received good advice on flooring a room (a future project). I shall certainly be returning to Carpetright when I am ready to go ahead.

Massive shout out to Robert! I was in a pickle about new carpet for my 6 year old sons bedroom and he literally went above and beyond for me. He was approachable, attentive and didn't try to make a sale". He was very genuine and give me much needed tips and advice. I would 100% come to this store again!! Excellent customer service 10/10"

Excellent service at CarpetRight Wokingham. Robert Hart was super helpful throughout the process of picking a carpet, with excellent advice on the different ones available (so much choice!). Robert also kindly helped me with some laminate flooring too. Measurements were arranged quickly and I'll have my new floor in less than 2 weeks. Very impressed with Robert and his service, thank you.

Excellent customer service from Robert. He was very approachable and not another pushy sales man but actually seemed to care about finding a carpet that fitted my needs. I went away with a positive feeling about my experience now I will always go to carpet right in Wokingham and look out for Robert to help me.

A Big shout out to Robert in the store, who is extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful.Robert made a difference in our experience in selecting the right carpet and all the materials for our house. He always kept us updated on the progress from sales to order to fitting dates via calls and emails. Highly recommend him.

Do not described hidden cost properly.Carpet fitter came much later than supposed to be and left big mess in rooms even they did not fit!Complaint about the problem of their fitter but no response at all.

Fantastic service. Pratima was very helpful, patient, and accommodating. She helped us from start to finish arranging a good fitting date during a busy season, we could not be more happy. The new floor is lovely too! We'll definitely be coming back again.
