I went into the store today and made a purchase with Naveed. He was so kind, friendly and helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. He's certainly one of the best customer assistants I've ever dealt with, give this man a raise! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service Naveed ☺️

My phone memory was full and I wanted a new memory card fitted. The assistant was not helpful. He said the memory card would be cheaper at O2 next door. He then flipped through the display of memory cards and said he hadn't got a suitable one for my phone which is not an out of date phone by any means. He appeared disinterested with my problem. I got the impression that he wanted to con me into buying a new phone!

Very bad service, the staffs told 30 mins to find out that they can't accept me to join the contract plan because I'm a new comer to UK with no credit, then I accepted to pay £10 for 7GB for next 30 days bundle, but the smart staff immediately updated the system to stop my current Sim card service and need me to wait for 24 hours for the new plan, I still can't make any call till now. If this is the case, they should let me to top up myself until my current 30 days bundle expired. It is very unprofessional and very inconvenience to me. Luckily my wife was with me and we could find the way home by using Google map. in her mobile

Ridiculous wasted journey!!! I wanted to upgrade my phone as vodaphone are putting my bill up by £20 next month to be told there is a second name on my account which I’ve asked multiple times to be taken off on the phone & in store to which I’ve been told it has been removed! Absolute joke I own the phone I pay for the phone and it is my name! I am thinking of leaving vodaphone as this is a recurring thing now!

Went to this store, for help in setting up a vodaphone dongle. They informed me they couldn't.Went to another phone shop logged in through the i.p address on the dongle hey presto my account is set up. This cost me £5. Should not of cost anything. Just goes to show how much the staff in the store know anything. They are useless

It is a really nice place with good customer service from sales assistants. They'll provide you with the information you need concerning your gadgets and Also give suggestions on others. Just note that some may not tell you every gadget or phone or smartwatch information if you don't ask.

Absolutely a waste of time storeStore staff are not trained to do anything!They all think they are the bosses but in reality i think they agency workers.They will waste your time even though they know your in a hurry.They will just take the p1ss.Picture of one of the staff who thinks she owns the place.
