I had my first Access bars therapy with Sarah. I was unsure what to expect but Sarah put me at ease by explaining what the treatment was about and by the end I felt extremely relaxed.

Holistic Therapies by Sarah
Had my first Bars treatment with Sarah few weeks ago, OMG was amazing! Felt so much clamer in myself, just so hard to explain how good this is, I have talked about it non stop with friends. Just on another level, not just for aniexty and sleeping but for everything else thats going on in you life. AMAZING.. double highly reccommend, I have tried all kinds of holistic treatments but this just blew me away. Cant thank Sarah enough X
