I like to support the smaller petrol stations. The prices here were not that much more expensive than the supermarkets. This place also doubles as a local convenience store which must be so handy if you live locally.The lady on duty was friendly and she gave me directions which I appreciated very much.If first impressions count this is a good place to support. It appears it is under the ownership of Londis.

Phone number on website says not in use. No opening hours listed so no idea if it was open in an emergency that I had last week. Didn't waste remaining fuel just incase.

We came on Friday evening at 10:30pm, we drive 1hour for fuel, and as it’s says it’s open 24hours every day, so we expected it’s going to be open, and it been closed! Such a waste of time and extra fuel! Why you need to lie to people? It puts in a such uncomfortable and wasteful situation. Very disappointing.

It's in a handy location, has a decent selection of products albeit on the pricey side and on the whole is a decent petrol station. However the staff seem to struggle with fuel cards and nectar cards. More than once I've got home to an email saying I've redeemed points even though I've not been asked (or indeed wanted to) and also I've filled up, my nectar card has been scanned but on checking the receipt no points have been added. Very frustrating. Then there was the time the guy didn't stop his phone call to serve me which to me is just rude.

Extremely rude worker, went there today for fuel and was told to hurry up as he was closing, this was at 10:50am. Awful customer service. Might well of been closing but there are nicer ways to speak to paying customers!! Would not use again!!

Visited Esso mfg grantown 31.12.22. I see they have got one of that new all singing all dancing jetwash machines. It's just a shame it accepts payment card only. Then display out of order after accepting payments. When you go into the premises to ask why?. All they can advise is to contact head office..to sum up my review. Very poor service. Possible some staff training in the way of a public relations course..

Great little petrol station that we were grateful to find as it had a customer toilet...the public toilets in town were all closed. It also had plenty of choice for beverages and snacks and the fuel was reasonably priced too.

Easy access and not a bad stocked little shop as well woulf have been 5 start but hey, the price of fuel needs to come down
