From the moment Sam stepped into our property, we knew that she was the right person for the job. From beginning to end, Sam has supported us throughout the entire process, even when our first buyer fell through. She never gave up on us or our house, and turned what seemed like an impossible situation - into a massive relief for us. It is a very disappointing as the agent confirmed us on early June that the probate legal works was granted back in March of this year, it means all documents are done. Unfortunately we don’t know why the seller’s solicitor needed around a month to sent us the draft contract. During this time we call and email the agent to clarify what’s happened but we always can’t find her or slow get back from her. And when we were started the legal process then the title guarantee and information provided by the seller is very limited and many things needs us surveying by our self. And the agent is always slow in reverting back to us. About two weeks after receiving the draft contract, the agent called me to urge our lawyer to respond to the seller’s lawyer as soon as possible, otherwise they would put the house back on the market. She is unreasonable and unprofessional. All in all, that’s are very uncomfortable with us, a bad experience.

The selling process was well explained and follow up was prompt and excellent. Problems with the buying chain caused our home to be re-marketed, which was handled well. Follow up with buyer and solicitors was prompt and regularly communicated to us. We are very happy to have used Goodfellows as our selling agent.
