We hired the bubble house for my daughters 2nd birthday and it was amazing- all the kids (and adults) absolutely loved it. The communication from Kidzbiznizz was spot on, she was flexible when I changed my mind on something, she arrived on time and made the decorative balloons looks amazing. I would highly recommend and will definitely hire again, thank you.

Really disappointed in the service received from this company. I booked them for my little boy’s first birthday party 11am-1pm. After no communication to say that they were running late they finally arrived at 11:40am, by which time all of our guests had arrived and we were almost half way through the party. They agreed to give me a 50% refund as a result of being late but instead sent me back £15 when their service cost me £110. All of the money had to be paid upfront which I did with no questions asked so I’m really upset and angry that I am now out of pocket after their unsatisfactory service. I appreciate that things happen and it’s totally human to be running late sometimes but there was no contact to say this was the case. There was then no attempt to put this situation right by giving me a 50% refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had the playdate bundle with a bouncy castle for our children's 1st birthday party. All the kids (even the older ones) loved it. Absolutely brilliant service, highly recommended.

Good service, good product, commutation can occasionally be a little better but I guess it depends how busy they might be. Would definitely rent from them again.
