Found what I was looking for straight away and also bought another pair of shoes the same time staff very friendly and welcoming also they are happy to help never mind how many times they go back and forth to the stock room will go back when looking for my next pair of shoes

Love love love this store. Shoes are unique and prices are a bit high but I don't mind for something different. Also one shop assistant is very strange, can put me off a bit. She likes to give her opinion which I don't want I know if it looks good or not

I returned a defective pair of boots. Absolutely no problem, no obstacles, very helpful. Bought another pair of boots and my wife bought some children's shoes. Excellent service.

Good quality shoes. it's a pleasure to shop in the city centre, rather than outlet shops, it would be great to have more stores in the centre.

Staff standing around doing nothing but chatting. Tried to get their attention and they turned away. No way was I going to wait after that. Wanted a pair of converse all stars Chuck Taylor boots for my son, ended up getting them cheaper in John Lewis in Cardiff! Will not be going back here again, so rude!

Couldn't find navy flats anywhere but walked into Schuh and was shown a suitable pair straight away. Good service, great shop and I even came away with a re-usable canvas shopping bag!

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Because the shoes for my husband weren't in store... They suggested that I order and have them delivered to my house free of charge! FAB
