We had the most amazing time at The White Outlet choosing my wedding dress. The staff (in particular Grace who was my bridal stylist) were so friendly and really listened to what I wanted. After I had chosen dresses that I wanted to try on and not liking them, they pulled out dresses that they thought would suit me best. They know their stuff so well and picked one that we all fell in love with. It was such a comfortable and stress free experience! 10/10!

A huge thank you to The White Outlet for helping me find my beautiful wedding dress. All staff made me feel so at ease, especially Katherine who was my stylist, and listened to everything I wanted. I also went back and purchased my veil from them too as they were so amazing!

I was looking for a party dress that would allow free movement but also a bit of fun. I had a tight budget and wanted a corset and Grace helped me find the closest match to my vision. She also paired it with a pretty belt and made suggestions on how to personalize the dress once taken to the seamstress. Mission accomplished!

We had an amazing experience at The White Outlet. Georgina and the team were so helpful, made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They were extremely knowledgable and suggested styles and alterations based on my preferences. I said yes to the dress and couldn’t be anymore happy with my dress and the service. Would recommend every bride to be to visit the store and see their range of high quality dresses at reasonable prices

I cannot recommend this place enough, the shop is beautiful, dresses are so reasonable and so unique and the lovely ladies who work here are so friendly and helpful. I popped down last minute and ended up finding my dream dress for a fraction of the price! The girls made me feel so comfortable and I can’t thank them enough.

The experience I had at The White Outlet was the best I had of the dress shops we visited. We were able to look at dresses first of all without any pressure, then we selected three to try to get an idea of style. Sally was so attentive but with the perfect balance of space to think and talk. She selected more dresses based on my initial choices and was so knowledgeable and experienced. Any concerns I had she was able to answer. We were a walk-in, but there was no feeling of being rushed, especially when making the final decision to buy. Very happy with the price too. Couldn’t recommend The White Outlet or Sally highly enough! The only thing I think would be useful is a mirror behind as well as in front so that you can see both angles at once.

Such a lovely shop, so well laid out and beautiful, Georgina was so lovely and helpful, I enjoyed the whole experience. I love that the sofa is FRIENDS themed, and Georgina really knows her stuff! X

Georgina at The White Outlet helped me make my dreams come true. I'd fallen in love with a dress years ago that was no longer in production by the time I started planning a wedding. I searched the whole internet for a previously owned/loved one, hoping I'd find a bride in my size selling hers. Finally, I found something better in my online searching - a sample, only 1 size up from me, kept in perfect condition at The White Outlet. I reached out and within just days, Georgina responded to me and gave me all the details of the dress. She sent photos, videos, and gave the dress a thorough and honest look over. When she noticed a stain at the zipper, she proposed having the dress dry cleaned before I made my decision about buying. She moved so quickly to make this happen, and was sending me new videos and pictures in no time. The discoloration had been fixed! Georgina then moved quickly and efficiently to get me all the info needed to purchase. I was an especially challenging case for her as her 1st ever international bride! She facilitated the shipment of my dress to a friend in London, who then sent it to me in the US. I am forever grateful to Georgina and The White Outlet and can't wait to send pictures on my big day in September '24.
