Needed some batteries for my key fobs. These guys are the only ones in the area that stock them. Well, not quite true. Halfords stock them, but at over three times the price. No brainer.

Parts and prices are fair and competitive. The guys on the phone generally know what you're asking for.Magazines for tools are Photoshoped for more appeal, don't expect the colour you ordered. Communication can be worked on, if they don't have the part in stock and don't inform you of a delivery date/time.

Good stock levels and reasonable prices but the staff were not very helpful and one was sat having a very loud personal conversation with inappropriate language for a costomer service environment.

Parts prices and stock are ok. They dont try and charge you 12 quid for a standard bulb like a certain major retailer does. The staff I have dealt with in here seem so unhappy to be there though. Almost like getting up from their cup of tea is serious effort to go find a customer a product. Was in there one time and this very loud young lady was just moaning about how long it was until she could go home. You dont do that in front of customers, it's a real unprofessional look. If my next time in there is better I have no issue reviewing my review.
