Do not go near these cowboys! Brought a mini R56 S had an oil leak from day 1 over the next 6 months problem after problem… after 6 months they offered to swap it for a similar model. This blew up in the motorway 3 weeks after purchase.Took forever to get some kind of money back from finance company with no help from NG9 motors.Tried to shift blame at every opportunity. The first mini I had (cream colour) I saw back on sale - so be careful!

Staff, were really friendly answered all of the questions that i had. not knowing much about cars myself. They helped me through the whole process from start to finish. Great service 5 stars and aftercare was unbelievable

ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER !!!!!Tried to get my wife’s car fixed as it’s still under warranty, won’t answer any calls emails or messages. Now taking legal advice.

This is a different garage, the guys are absolutely spot on, and they are the most honest people I’ve met. I’m pretty much buying car’s every 6 months from them because i like to change cars. Can’t recommend them more!

Bought a car from NG9. Couldn’t fault the service. Even though this was an old car the garage are clearly keen to maintain their reputation, and so provided a new MOOT and ensured any outstanding jobs were completed. Superb. Will definitely use again.

Car shown online was not the car that was delivered.False paperwork, lied about mileage and false claims about the service history.

Recently bought a car from NG9 Motors. Zoe was super helpful and helped me choose the best car for me. After sales service was brilliant. Would highly recommend them to anyone. I can understand why the majority of reviews are 5 star and don't understand the 1 star reviews at all! A big thank you to NG9 Motors.

Brought a car back in July 2021 . The car had endless problems . The manager of the company isn't professional at all his partner he works with is a lot more understanding . Within a few weeks it has gone back to garage the 2nd problem with the car didn't want to be addressed and overheated in the middle of Devon after a few weeks of having it . The company wasn't very professional resulted going to a small claims court and receiving the cost of the vehicle back after 12 months without the owner attending court and the car being collected that hasn't moved off the drive for 12 months. Thanks to the partner of Jevin only good thing about this company . Beware !

Waited a while before leaving a review as any car salesman can leave a good first impression, it's all about the after sale service.Find it hard to believe that anyone leaves less than 5 stars, honestly so glad we purchased a car from here. NOTHING has been too much trouble, from the first time we viewed the car and replacing the radiator 5 months down the line the service we have received has been outstanding. I've purchased car's from main dealers and not had this level of service and care, can't thank you enough for looking after us. 100% will be purchasing again from you and have already recommended you to others.I don't normally leave reviews but feel like you really have gone above and beyond and deserve recognition for this.One very happy customer.Harvey Goacher
