My Fiancé recently brought by engagement ring from here and I have since been in to sort sizing and Kayleigh and her colleague were soo helpful and sorted everything out very quickly. Very grateful for such amazing service!

Just want to thank Kayleigh for great customer service today ... cleaned several diamond rings immediately in store for me ... took less than half an hour. Rang me to let me know they were ready to collect and all with a smile. Thank you!

Thank you so much for todays help from Lucas. We were looking for a present for my daughters birthday and he helped make the somewhat daunting decision very relaxed. Lucas had good knowledge of what style would appeal to her age, allowed me to try it on to get an idea of sizing and was very sensitive and polite around the budget available. There was no pushing to overspend which is rare these days.Thank you for such a great experience Lucas - we will definitely come back for more gifts as the choice of jewellery was also very tempting!

A massive Thank you to Kayleigh at Ernest Jones Truro store, Kayleigh was amazing help with restoring and re-sizing my Aunties keep sake Ring ready for my big day, her communication by Email in the build up to my appointment and care given on the day was so valuable. I truly feel that Kayleigh is a credit to the company, she went out of her way to make things so much easier and nicer for us and such a wonderful character. I would recommend Kayleigh and this store to anyone that is getting married and needs that extra care and advice with selecting and taking care of special Jewellery. 10/10 we love Kayleigh.

Such a great experience from this store! We visited last month and bought my fiances wedding ring, and a few days ago, we returned to begin our search for mine. Kayleigh, our store assistant was really knowledgeable and helpful in our search and we will be returning in the next few weeks to make our purchase!

Huge thank you to Kayleigh for helping! My partner purchased a watch online for my birthday and unfortunately it came and was fairly worn (believe the manufacturer not Ernest Jones may have sent a secondhand watch) rather than brand new. I took it in store and showed them and Kayleigh could not have been more helpful. She not only returned the watch and got a new one she also posted the new one out with the links taken out ready to wear. Your customer services skills and warmth are second to none. Thank you!

I popped in this shop a few weeks back as I really wanted to buy 3 necklaces in different lengths to make a tier effect.First off I have to say thank you to Kayleigh who was fantastic; she was really helpful & so patient… she couldn’t do enough to assist me.I chose three gorgeous necklaces made by Lucy Quartermaine that are so well made & ‘different!’What I really like is that you can adjust the lengths on them so no matter what I wear, I can wear all three together or an individual piece & just adjust to suit my outfit.Absolute quality!
