The staff in Fraser Hart - York are amazing and helpful. They helped me with a problem with my Tudor watch free of charge including a strap change. They then helped me get a Rolex Submariner within two weeks when other Rolex Dealers told me there was a six month wait. Great staff especially James who dealt with me throughout was very professional and helpful. Can't recommend enough.

I turned up in my scruffs to buy a Rolex. Wasn't judged just helped through the choices. Great place and staff. I'll be back in my scruffs for another!

Today I have been told I have been removed from waiting lists for Rolex watches because I put one of my watches up for sale on eBay. What is it to you what I do with my own property? I couldn’t get on with the highly polished centre links, I spoke to one of your staff about having them brushed instead of polished and was advised against it so I then decided to sell instead. I had the watch on eBay a couple of weeks and decided to keep it as a fancy occasion watch in the end.So I have not sold the watch, I showed the salemas it on my wrist to prove it. I have been penalised for attempting to sell my own property. If that’s how you trade Fraser Harts you can keep it, I’ll switch to Ernest Jones or Goldsmiths instead.After 9 years of using you for my wife’s engagement ring, 2 Rolex watches, 1 Tudor watch, 1 Tag watch and 2 watch services I am forced to stop using you because you say I’ve done something wrong. I advertised some of my property for sale, how is that doing something wrong ?Very bad experience today and felt very uncomfortable in the shop. Keep clear and deal with a company who looks after the customer not the snobbery of a brand

The shop is very well laid out with plenty of space and therefore doesn't feel cramped. I went in to get a watch strap shortened and the staff were very courteous, checking multiple times that I was happy with the finished job. In the end the bill was also much lower than expected.

High end jeweller and watch seller with old fashioned style customer service, which I mean as a good thing. Helped my visiting Chinese friend through the process of buying some expensive watches without paying uk tax, gave her all the documents she needed to show at Heathrow on her way home.

Fraser Hart is simply the best. The staff are friendly yet professional,they have extensive knowledge & want you buy an item that is completely right for you or as gift for someone. I have been a longstanding customer and will always be! I have bought from them, had repairs done and items altered as well as made to my own specifications.Everything has been excellent & much treasured by me.They are supreme jewellers.

Iv been looking for a particular rolex for a while, after calling Fraser Hart York and speaking to Mandy, to my delight they had my watch in stock, a deposit was paid and they allowed me to collect later the next week.Both staff who I dealt with where great, very friendly and knowagable. I am absolutely delighted with my date just it was worth every minute of the 5hr round trip.Thank you for your help and I hope to see you in the future for a submariner.Mike

Fraser Hart York is without question, the best experience I have ever had at any jeweller. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. An absolute pleasure and I look forward to visiting again.
