The service received from start to finish with Richard was just wonderful!Having had to cancel and rearrange our wedding a few times, there were certainly many challenging moments for us but this was never an issue for Rich and he went above and beyond to make us feel at ease.On our wedding day itself (Feb 2022), Rich made us and everyone involved feel so relaxed and comfortable. We had a long list of family photos that we wanted to capture and he made a point of checking with us whether we’d covered everything we needed. Richard really went above and beyond with our photos, experimenting with new locations, lighting and angles, all of which paid off incredibly well.This week, we have received our digital images and they are just stunning! Rich recently photographed our wedding in June 2022 and he was simply fantastic. What a guy he is! If you’re looking for a wedding photographer who will put you at ease, guide you through the stress of the day, give you time when you need it, but also get the money shots, then Rich is your man. We actually met Rich 3 years ago to have a look at his work. He turned up with some wedding albums he had previously made, and they blew us away. His attention to detail and photography work is outstanding. We booked him on the spot. Our wedding was initially postponed due to Covid, so Rich has had to contend with us for another year and given the amount of Covid weddings he had to rebook in, his customer service excelled every time. Rich is the ultimate professional, who has a solution to any worries or concerns you may have. On our wedding day we literally felt he was just a friend at the wedding. He has a great vibe, blended in with the guests and made sure we took the day in our stride. We cannot wait to see the final edits and photo albums. He was relaxed, genuine, funny and slotted in perfectly, making everyone feel at ease! He got on so well with all the bridal party!During all the photos throughout the day, Rich made us feel relaxed and we had so much fun. We don't usually particularly like having our photographs taken, so the fact he made us feel so at ease was brilliant! It is blindingly obvious that he is incredible at what he does, so this allows you to just enjoy the experience.He mingled so well with all family and friends and got everyone involved in the photos!We received our photos yesterday after a really professional process. We are absolutely over the moon with them and couldn't have hoped for anything more! He captured our day perfectly. The day feels like such a blur afterwards and you worry that certain people weren't photographed or certain moments may have been lost, but no, Rich captured it all!!All I can say is that he is FULLY worth the money. We are so so happy that we chose Rich to be our wedding photographer!! From start to finish he was amazing. Richard was one of the first suppliers we booked because we had seen first hand his work at our friends wedding and there was no question about who would be our photographer for our wedding, we wanted him!He was amazing from start to end, he took control of situations but also blended in with other guest to take snap shots.When the wedding was over, we couldn’t wait to relive the day looking through the pictures and we weren’t disappointed, they were stunning!Richard is a great guy and really easy to talk to.
