Great space for a party, hired the studio for my sons 5th birthday and it was amazing! Will definitely use again when I have the next party!

All the classes suit different abilities with no issues. All can be adapted to suit your ability/fitness level, no one is singled out. the high impact and low impact versions are demonstrated to everyone so you can choose the level that suits you. Louise is friendly and welcoming - as are all the who attend.

Great choice of classes and made to feel very welcome. I hadn’t done exercise for years but have found Bougie Bounce great fun and is kinder to my joints. Highly recommend

Attended a few online clubbercise classes with my mum@sarahhampson. Had a laugh dancing in the lounge with glow sticks and 90’s music . All in comfort of our home. Great Instructor and makes it so relaxing and fun. Haven’t attended the studio but would recommend .x

A fun way to exercise - classes are varied and inclusive. Lots of enthusiastic and friendly members that put you at ease from the first class. I would highly recommend having a go - a fun way to lose weight and tone up - you don’t feel like you’re doing an exercise class ☺️

Been coming to classes since December having neglected my fitness for a really long time, I'd highly recommend Clubbercise and Pound. Great mix of people all just looking to have a good time and improve their fitness! Such a fun atmosphere. Big range of ages, abilities, shapes and sizes so everyone's guaranteed to fit in.

Coming here over the last few months has really helped me fall back in love with exercise and myself.What’s not to love about banging tunes and a friendly atmosphere.Louise’s energy, encouragement and passion for all the classes is just fantastic.The ladies that attend are all so lovely and welcoming, I look forward to ending my day with some clubbersise or pound!

We chose Aspire Fitness Studio for my daughters 8th birthday party- the online booking process is very easy and fully informative. We chose the clubbercise neon party. Louise kept in touch in the run up to the party which was lovely. The party itself was fantastic from start to finish. The children loved the dance routines and games. We were able to bring our our own party food and use the smaller room for a break in the middle of the party. Louise took care of everything to ensure our daughter had the BEST day of her life - as she told me at bedtime. The feedback from parents whose children attended has been fantastic! It was so much fun. Use Aspire Fitness Studio for all your children’s or even adult parties - you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Great atmosphere. Louise is fab, super friendly and supportive. This is me on my 2nd week in hooping class.
