Staff members are really helpful, always looked after me abd my new born. Appointments are a bit tricky at times but they always accommodate wherever they can. Thankyou for all you help and hardwork

Finally get through to the receptionist for them to tell me im not registered or never have beenEven tho they closed my original doctors down and i filled in the forms to transfer over to this practice they cant help me til i reregister with themWhat a total waste of time and energy

I'm nearly 50 and have never experienced 'care' as bad as this.Terrible wait time on the phone, weeks and weeks to wait for an appointment and the majority of reception staff cold and uncaring, asking personal questions about symptoms that only a doc should be asking.On top of that, my repeat prescriptions are often not sent or only half sent meaning I sometimes have to go without important meds for a day or even a weekend in one case.I've given up on this place, it's clear I'm not alone in experiencing terrible care. So I registered with a different practice

Pick another supplier for medical care. There is no care here. As described by other reveiwers. Just had a operative on the phone put me on hold because I was taking too long and now I have to wait so she can answer the phone to somebody else. All I get is what do you want me to do. Even going as far to verbalise do I really want to keep my appointment I made saying she can just cancel it. I was professional and did not give any abuse. My complaint was to not having been listened too on my last visit and was ushered very quickly out of the door. When u you read in the paper I went to my doctors and they didn't really help me or I got worse. This is the type of practice this could happen from. Absutley bismul service

they are incredible. we wait on the phone for a long time to close an appointment, and when it's our turn, they act as if there is a problem with the phone line and hang up the phone immediately. at first I thought there was a problem with the line, but no, because they always make this gesture every time I call them.

Those ladies at the reception today 21st November, 2023 need to be sacked, they lack manners. I got there about fifteen minutes late for my appointment due to domestic accident I had in my kitchen before leaving for the appointment, I was even showing them my bleeding palm but they told me rudely that I can't be seen by the doc, since I am late. The bleeding palm didn't mean anything to them. Leaving me to my fate with my bleeding palm.

Called yesterday, from 8am, to get an appointment but was unsuccessful. Sent a message via website and obtained a telephone consultation between 9.40-10. The Doctor I spoke to listened to my symptoms and said he would issue a prescription which would be sent electronically to my chosen Pharmacy immediately. Called the Pharmacy about 2 hours later and they hadn't received it. Rang the Surgery again to be told my request was still pending but it should be sent to the Pharmacy before close of business.Rang the Pharmacy this morning and it still had not arrived. Contacted the Surgery straight after only to be told that my prescription had not been signed as yet by the Doctor but to call later.Sorry to say this but since Sharon left, this practice has gone to the dogs and is getting worse week by week.If they concentrated on their existing Patients instead of constantly taking on new ones, their services offered would be a lot better.

Phoned this morning requesting some Information. Was told to call in and they'd print it off. When I got there they were closed. Yet not updated on opening times. Nor was I told they'd be closing early today. No wonder it takes weeks to get an appointment. It already take 4-6 weeks to get an appointment and there still taking on new patients. And closing early

I downloaded the app to be able to order prescriptions. My high blood pressure weren't on the list. So I called them. Reception said they are on the list, just got a different name. I asked for the gp to call me as I have to take 2 a day not 1. Gp never called me back. I am very ill and called 111 last night to be told they are cholesterin tablets. A out of hours doctor prescript me my blood pressure tablets as my blood pressure was over 200. The advise from reception could of killed me. I going to take this further and looking into to change surgery
