Icon Tower

Quite disappointed with the Icon tower. I am living on a constant construction site. It is super expensive for what you are getting.Gym, that was promised to be finished in March, is not even started in july.There is a strong smell of sewage if you leave the flat for more than 2 days. I was told that there is nothing you can do about this.The lobby looks like a warehouse entrance.I live on 27th floor, and while the view is great now, there are constructions projects that are going on now that will block it.In low winds, the building is swaying making a creaking noise that is impossible to ignore. It would have been better if the windows closed properly and not make the whistling sound like you are in a fast moving car.The building itself is full of constantly changing people due to high level of AirBnB places. You are constantly seeing new people and no chance to make any meaningful connection with your neighbours.And the council tax is too expensive. Since its a new flat, you will be charged £200/month at least.

Faulty building, lifts are terrible, parcels get stolen! A lot of false promises made concerning the facilities that would be available, sadly they never delivered! Don’t waste your money.

Amazing building, amazing engineering and designed works! Construction industry don't stop to impress me! Good luck all on hardworking industries!

building it self will be nice WHEN finished, moved in January 2023 and none of the amenities listed have been finished yet, windows still haven't been cleaned and its mid may. poorly finished apartments and very noisy and creaky when its windy. wouldn't recommend at all for the price of apartments being listed now. anything over 2000 pound is crazy for what you get in the 1 bed apartments. view is nice if your above 30th floor but planned works of other similar sized buildings in the next 3/4 years will ruin it.ADD ON - still no amenities finished and its mid September, apparently it will be December, January time before gym is finished. lifts are constantly broke / skipping floors and leave you waiting 5-10 minutes for a lift. basement also flooded this morning and put 2 lifts out of action. still an awful lot of work to do before its at an acceptable standard.

Very helpful concierge.This happens to be the tallest building in North London, at least as at the time we used the place. Our apartment was towards the east side on the 30th floor, out of 56 or so floors.The daytime and nighttime views are both scenic and panoramic.The interior of the apartments can be slightly hot in the summer afternoon, as there's no air-conditioning, being a green house. Also, the balcony glass needs some cleaning to give a better view of London.Otherwise, it's a really great place to lodge.

Located in North Acton this was a 28th floor change. Wonderful breezes in London's sticky and hot start to Summer. All I could want. The owner was a very nice fellow as well

Incomplete building, full of airbnb/bookings lettings with parties and random people making noise at all times of the night. incredibly uncomfortable setting in the apartment, smells like sewer after few days of not using toilet. Building is moving back and forth. Very loud surroundings with major road, police, ambulance and cars revving at all hours of the night.

Extremely disappointed. I’m overpaying. Facilities were promised to come in Q1. Nothing yet and the worst part is they haven’t even offered as a gesture of good will to cut a months rent off. Have in mind Im paying £2150 for a one bed but the two beds are now being offered for £2300.

Lovely view and studio. Not for those who don’t like heights.
