The Jacksonheim Boutique Serviced Apartments

I worked for jacksonheim for 10/11 months, apartments look nice from the outside but when you get into them you being to notice things such as sus stains on sofas, hand soap bottles are filthy amd the worst is the stains on the pillows not the cases the actual pillows blood stains , sus stains and general dark patches. My advice bring your own pillows, shower gels, hand soaps and cutlery it's a real shame as they look nice from the outside

an amazing place to stay, with amazing staff who are especially helpful and pleasant to deal with. I stayed for my birthday and would thoroughly recommend. beautiful apartments all over Manchester City Centre, each one is designed differently, but to a luxury standard so there's always a new and exciting place to stay. can't wait to return!

I had a fantastic stay with The Jacksonheim Boutique. Firstly, let me say, that the interior design on this apartment is just so unique. Its absolutely gorgeous and staying here made me feel so refreshed.The customer service team where so attentive and had any issues solved within minutes. From check in, to check out the whole experience was so easy.Everything you need for your stay is in the apartment. And to top it off there is an insane Sky Glass TV prepped with Prime and Netflix.Overall I would rate my stay a sold 10/10.

Very enjoyable stay. Spacious, clean and modern apartment. Great shower. Very good location - 15 minutes walk to city centre or easy ride by tram or bus.Make sure you read the check-in instructions, as they are essential to find and access the apartment. I didn't, but my phone calls were answered quickly ( even on Sunday ) and everything sorted.

The most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend booking! The customer service team are lovely and super helpful. The apartments are beautifully designed completely different from other airbnbs I’ve stayed in before. It was sparkling clean and the bed was super comfy. They had paid attention to all the little details.Great stay and will 100% be back again!

Excellent stylish apartment in a perfect part of the city centre. Stayed here last week with my partner and we were extremely impressed. Immaculate facilities, luxurious toiletries and a bed so comfy we did not want to get out the following morning. We can not wait to return!!

Really lovely apartment. Exactly like in photos. Large and spacious apt and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfy. I slept on the huge sofa bed and was extra comfy. The location is excellent for city centre.. Approx 10 min walk. Also is directly accross the road from metro. The management team were excellent and sorted 1 or 2 small little niggles immediately. The onlything is that the lift was out of order for our whole stay. Luckily it didn't bother us but for someone that was less mobile it would be problem as there are quiet a few stairs to climb. The I would definitely recommend

Do NOT recommend ! Booked 2 rooms and upon arrival was given the wrong room! not what i paid for, on top of this both rooms had no hot water, after complaining about these things was refunded a very small amount compared to what i originally paid, because apparently phone calls made to the mobile phone that we were told to make are not recorded and the manager took the staffs word and not mine the customer who has been complaining since the beginning of the visit! on top of that we were told we left a blue stain on the counter top which we believe we did not! when asked to go back and see it for ourselves and clean it they said no! they would rather just take our whole deposit money for something they cant prove we have done! Scams, Thief, Liars.

Great location. Nice, clean apartment. Comfortable bed and sofa. We had a bit of noise from the upstairs apartment and there was quite a bit of external noise during the early evening, but very quiet later on in the evening so didn’t disturb us. Toiletries were a nice touch.

It is very over priced. Looks a lot better in the pictures. The bed was absolutely impossible to have a full nights sleep in, it squeaked EVERY time me or my partner moved, it was awful! We both came away more tired than we did when we arrived. We arrived around 17:30, the door was horrific to try and get into, I was on the phone for half an hour waiting for someone to answer because we couldn't get it. We were stood on the pavement with all of our bags waiting for someone to answer the phone.. there were people everywhere as it's on a main road, we both felt very uncomfortable. Someone eventually answered the phone and despite me telling them and spelling my name out to them 4 times (my name is basic) he continued to call me the wrong name. He asked me what code I was trying and I told him for him to then tell me to keep trying the same code and asked me again what code I was trying. He must of asked me at least 6 times what door I was at and each time I said the big brown one on the main road.Another couple also was trying to get in and couldn't. Eventually we gained access to the apartment after an hour of trying which made us late for our table we had booked at Diecast. The next day there was another couple trying to get in as we were walking out we had to explain to them the door is extremely difficult to get into and you need to be trying the door as your putting the code in. The apartment itself is okay but could definitely do with touching up and a new bed is a must!!!!!!!!!! very disappointed as it was for my birthday and felt like we didn't get what we paid for. won't be staying there again.
