Great find for shipping excess bagage home. The service was prompt and the satff knowledgeable. They suggested tactics to make things go more smoothly with customs. I shipped on the Friday and my package was delivered on the Tuesday (UK to USA).

Avoid if you can. The shop window made me think it was a Royal Mail post office, which is not. I went there early September to send a very small parcel. The lady at the counter kept saying I should send it with 1st class (which was outrageously expensive and unheard of in any other post offices), because with 2nd class it would've been lost. I thought it was odd she kept repeating this and almost telling me if I chose 2nd class the parcel would've been lost almost certainly. As I was in a rush to send the parcel I did convince her to ship with 2nd class and after paying a very high price (which is not the Royal Mail price) I can confirm now after several months the parcel never arrived. I'm not even sure if it ever left that shop. They also told me they were gonna ship with Royal Mail but there was no mention of Royal Mail on the receipt. There is an actual Royal Mail branch on the same road, go there instead.

Massive shoutout to Bobby who was so kind and helpful. I had organised my own shopping to Australia and even though he didn’t need to, Bobby helped me so much with the customs forms and I am SO grateful! An absolute top bloke.

I have received the customer service from the guys here especially Alexandra however the manager there is so rude to her staff it’s uncomfortable she needs training in people skills very sad to her disrespectful behaviour and tone!! Horrible women the team needs a medal just having to be in her presence on a daily basis.

Sent an ups saver pacel to the states. Gigi, the employee there was really helpful and assisted us through the whole packaging and shipping process. Shipment has reached to the states in 2 working days. Would totally recommend.

I received exceptional service at this location! The customer service is exemplar, and they made the shipping process (International shipping at that!) extremely easy and smooth. Highly recommend!!

I went there to take some photos of my baby daughter for her passport, but the embassy didn't accept them, reason being the specifications were wrong. I went to another photo store near the Embassy and got the correct ones, which have been accepted and I was lucky enough for them to wait for me to correct the mistake.After I went back to the store to claim my refund, the onsite manager Olivia (claimed to be the director of 5 more stores!), refused to hear what I had to say, with an extremely disrespectful attitude and very bad manners! Not only she refused that they've made a mistake (at that point I didn't know who was right or wrong), she portrayed herself as an expert in photo printing. Of course after checking with the official government specs, ALL of the photo dimensions were wrong and of course I lost £30. The manager's only excuse was that I should have come back to take my pictures again (?). Who would go back to a shop who supplied you with the wrong products? This was unbelievable!Offering services for official public documents is a serious task, but someone in this branch thinks she is above everyone else. Of course I'm not referring to the 2 lovely store assistants who were very kind while taking the photos and seemed very experienced, despite the final outcome.Avoid at all costs, and trust another shop for photographs! Appalling after sales service and a very uncivil & unpleasant manager.

I have visited Mailboxes Etc on Kensington High Street four times within the span of two days to send off packages that I sold on eBay. I must commend Francesco for providing an outstanding experience. He went above and beyond to help me understand the available options, and he even took care of packing and handling my shipments. Thanks to the exceptional service I received at this store, I will definitely be returning. Their assistance completely alleviated any stress I had regarding shipping my items.

Parents went in a week ago to open mailbox. The staff members were awesome. Wanted to take the mail box for 6 month’s Gee , alexandra and Bobby were helpful and ended taking it for a year. Totally worth for money
