Very unprofessional service. I have experienced what other people had before. I wish I should have read all the reviews before contacting them. They came to repair a leak on the roof. I paid for the service, and they told me they would send a guarantee and invoice for the work. This never happened. I tried to contact them a couple of days later as the leak was worse than before, but they have yet to answer the phone or texts. I had to pay for another service to repair the roof.

Cyril and the gang came and gave me a quote on my slipped slates I was more than happy with the price. I accepted the quote and agreed the date to start the work. The lads was on time and professional I am more then happy with the work they carried out and the area was left safe and tidy at all times especially where my young children was. I would not hesitate to recommend emergency roofing to anyone looking for home improvements all in all I am over the moon keep up the good work lads

Tremendous service. We'd had a leak for a while and Emergency Roof Services were the only local company to respond to my requests for a quote, and, within a week, our roof is leak-free. A cheerful team of workers who did exactly as they said, when they said, and left our front garden neater than it was before.

We had this roofer come out on the 26th of April 2023 to carry out a repair on our leaking roof. We paid for the service as we trusted the previous reviews and believed they would provide a professional service, we have still not even received an invoice. Unfortunately the roof isn’t fixed, and It’s still leaking today. This is causing additional stress as now we have to save more money to get the issue fixed. We’ve tried several times now to ask if they would return to try and solve the issue, as before and after they carried out the work they gave us assurances that any work/repairs they had done to the roof would be guaranteed with a five year warranty, this is definitely not the case. I am only now resorting to leaving this review and contacting trading standards because I don’t want anyone else to experience undue stresses relating to cowboy services.

Phoned In the morning about my roof, came out as soon as they could that same day and booked the work in. Very reasonable pricing, great team that came and I’m very happy with the work. Thanks guys!
